No. Don't be coy. You are saying people are unable to notice when planes have been modified. Are unable to measure sulfur content. That some military captain would spray civilians with chemicals because he doesn't know it is illegal to do so. And on. It is a long series of assumptions that succeed only if the people involved are complete idiots.
