Haggai chapter 2 verses 18 and 19
'Consider now from this day forward, from the 24th day of the 9th month, from the day that the foundation of the Lord's temple was laid-consider it:
(19) Is the seed still in the barn? As yet the vine, the fig tree, the pomegranate, and the olive tree have not yielded fruit, But from this day forward I will bless you.'"

The 24th day of the ninth month is Kislev 24, or will be December 20, 2011. This is proclaiming a significant event will occur around this time. It says from this day forward, so it could be the 21st. I think it means the sons of god, or the 144,000 will be gathered up and sent back into the world after they are purified. He who has wisdom, let him hear.
There are many people who have seen the number 21 in relation to some kind of rapture event. Also a few dreams that something is coming around Christmas. There may be something to this persons ramblings, whatever the hell he means!!!
