Anonymous Coward User ID: 9488652 Brazil 05/03/2012 04:38 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My dad was a high ranking director for Telefonica in Brazil, and worked there even before the privatization of the system when it was called Telesp. I can tell you that here we have these same "telephone numbers stations". I wont get into details but I know for a fact that at least most of these telephone numbers works as some kind of psychotronic black magic. Tryng to influence somehow the collective unconscious of the nation through the telephone grid system in a metaphysical way. It can be used too to influence some key specific individuals in a nefarious way. I know that these methods are being used in the state of Sao Paulo and Paraná at least since the late 70's. I strongly recommend no one ever calls these "mysterious" numbers, and if you do it anyway, don't do it at home. They really don't like these number being called. Some telephone numbers works in a oppostie way, calling homes instead, and recording the voices of people picking up the phone and saying "alo" (hello), without nothing being said by the "caller". These voice recordings are used in some kind of ritual too. The exact specific goals of this "project" or if it really does works, or even if it is the same in other countries or phone systems I really can't say. But I can guarantee these strange, to say the least, proceedings was and still are being used in Brazil. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 5273289 United States 08/14/2012 03:16 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have been following this post for a while now. I've called it every couple of months to see if i could make some sense out of it. But I have been noticing a disturbing trend. At first, it just read out numbers and played funny sounds. It was weird, and more people started posting and perhaps calling this system. Then, at some point, there was some sort of password. Something about condition blue. Whatever that means. Someone figured out the password, and it worked for a while. i tried it a few times myself. Now its saying condition orange twice. and after i enter the code, it says its been COMPROMISED. It then says its transferring somewhere. Is anyone as concerned about this as I am? They have to know people are trying to get into this. They are the government. They probably even read this post. |

The stuff that was posted from that number is actually hexadecimal byte sequences (0alpha, 3delta etc). When decoding this, you will get something like this as text: ---snip--- %py a="6e78747632736b7b378" t="" q=0 ---end snip--- The 0Alpha is equivalent to a linebreak, hence the nice text formatting (i didn't do any formatting there). Unfortunately, that was just a small part of what's coming from that number, thus it's pretty meaningless. Would be interesting to have more of that... although that'd mean a lot of transcribing ;) |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 22816507 Netherlands 09/11/2012 02:59 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Oh yeah, i forgot: It seems to be bubbling up a little with those strange phone numbers. Here's another one i found in a copy of an irc log: TROOP 93625 49.3000 -%89.$5220 REQAT 10:43\TROOP 36483 28.8420 -96.7782 REQAT 17:13\SUPPLY 16464 45.54:2-118.2638 REQAT 5:11\ That was actually read out via phone as ASCII codes instead of hex. Here's a recording: [link to vocaroo.com] |
