Awesome? No...Very, very disturbing, really. Christians are so insanely obsessed with dark topics such as blood sacrifices, a bloodthirsty & brutal deity, judgment, damnation, gore and suffering...Don't you ever ask yourself why that is?
More importantly...Don't you ever consider stopping for a moment, and rationally thinking about your beliefs in a somewhat logical, analytical manner?
If you were to do so, I would think you would finally wake up and come to realize what it is that you are really worshipping...
(Here's a hint: It ISN'T "God", or any entity that truly is omnipotent and all-loving.)
Seriously...do you want to take the proverbial "blue pill" and remain blissfully & willfully ignorant in your grand delusions, or do you want to take the "red pill" and actually begin to seek the true nature of reality?

And true, there are certainly sects of people with questionable viewpoints and irrational emphasizing of certain beliefs even in my own family's local Baptist church. But the positive souls far outnumber the negative souls, even if the negative forces sometimes conquer the message and day-to-day operations of certain churches and Bible-based issues. We'll try harder to emphasize the love. I like that all I have to do is love people to fulfill the Law, even if that is sometimes extremely hard to do.
