Now is the time of year, when people feel most tired because of the days getting shorter... I've read that listening to music and singing along helps build energy and dancing connects you to your soul's beauty. Sunlight is also good for your aura(even if it's for 10 minutes). Also some Yoga energizing exercise... Anybody want to share what works for them? We can all learn from each other.
