OP, This might sound strange but 2 days ago I had a dream the number '17' was clearly spoken to me, didn't say what type of event but it seemed like something BIG in the dream, it was also shown to me as clear as day a HUGE # 17.

As of this morning (Tuesday) the City of Portland has hauled out over SIX DOZEN (that's 72 for you graduates of the Public School System) garbage trucks-full of their rancid, rotting, germy GARBAGE.

And they are far from finished.

Once they clear these cockroaches out of the parks, any Official that allows them to come back in with their tents and sleeping bags (like that STUPID judge ruling on Zucotti Park) should be ARRESTED!!

What's the point of scouring them out if you're just going to let them return?

If everything crashes today or tomorrow it wouldn't be just those protestors, it would be everyone that lost everything..regular people.

Say what you like about Glenn Beck, but he's no prophet. He just looked for--and found, and then played--the speeches that all of these guys have been giving at universities and assorted liberal meetings for the last 10 years. As he says, he seems to be the only person who takes them at their word. They haven't even been particularly careful to hide their agenda, really.

But, they are not infallible either. They may have planned it, but that doesn't mean it's going to work. I'm a nobody, just waiting and watching, hoping somebody out there is working on the side of the good guys.

United Steelworkers international president Leo Gerard has a message to the flea party whiny-whiners still camping out instead of sleeping in their parents' basements -- playtime is over.

Just in case the Occupy movement fails -- in other words, when it fails -- Gerard is urging union members to fill that gaping void with "more militancy." (audio clips after page break)

Here's a clip of Gerard making a pitch for this on Ed Schultz's radio show Monday and actually making Schultz sound reasonable by comparison (audio) --

GERARD: You're damn right Wall Street occupiers speak for us. They do in Pittsburgh, they do in Chicago, they do in Oakland, they do in San Francisco, they do all across the country. And I think what we need is, we need more militancy.

SCHULTZ: What does that mean, more militancy?

GERARD: I think we've got to start a resistance movement. If Wall Street occupation doesn't get the message, I think we've got to start blocking bridges and doing that kind of stuff. The only action they are taking is ... well, nothing.

standing outside- yelping, is not going to change the minds of greedy billion airs- and it's certainly not going to change how our politics run.

The only way change can happen is through progressive action towards something.

If everyone met up and started growing farms- that'll be very useful. You'll create jobs- food- and a community.

This shit was tried before with a different demographic: The Tea Party. When the Tea Party was too lazy to actually do anything they tried the Progressives, and the Progressives are playing their roles well.

Truth is this is all carefully orchestrated by TPTB to give them more ways to fuck you. Get ready for the regulation of the Internet and more regulation on public protests.

This could be prevented, but most people are too busy wanking themselves off, demonizing the opposite side of the false political dichotomy.

They're going to win and we deserve it for helping them.



You'd also cause the agriculture market to collapse. Farmers are already subsidized to grow less food than they are capable of growing because if produce prices drop too low then the whole market explodes in our face.

One way or the other the only way to end all of this is to bring the entire system down and make a new one. That in itself is very dangerous and likely to backfire on us, but that's exactly the point.

True control is when people are too afraid of the alternative to try.
