That about sums it up...maybe it is on their website show archives....just a thought? but it sure did bring back memories of that day, as I still remember it well, as it happened about 4 miles from my childhood home & birthplace! |

I remember a few years back how someone brought to my attention of a video that very few people knew even existed. It showed the back view of his car at street level view. On the back bumper there are two small standing platforms, one on each side of the bumper (left and right) for the secret service to stand on. This way they are in the way for someone to shoot him from behind after the motorcade passes by. As you watch the video, the secret service man on the platform directly behind Kennedy jumps off the platform. He slows his walk so the car pulls up far enough so he is out of the way for a clear shot at Kennedy. |
