I don't get what some of you think about these protests. You seem to think that if Soros is giving money that they are all crooked lazy rich bastards. You find the absolutely worst footage of the protesters so you can run a smear campaign against them.

The only reason I can come up with for that attitude is that you are part of the 1%. The protesters are affecting your bottom line or your boss's bottom line. Who writes YOUR paycheck?

According to a lot of people here and elsewhere these protesters have no clue what they are protesting. Apparently they must have only ONE concern and stick to that one in order for the slower people to get behind them.

How about this: "The government is out of control and must be replaced by representatives of the people". That is one thought. The true problems are not covered in that one thought however. There must be multitudes of complaints because there is a multitude of problems.

This is not a black and white issue. This is not Obama conspiring with Soros to instigate martial law. If that happens you will have only helped it happen by not taking action yourself. The time for pleasantries and respect for government officials has passed. With the exception of Ron Paul I have a really hard time respecting anyone in public office.

The point here is that protesters are just regular people fed up with the current situation and they are doing something about it. It will be decisive and divisive and you will probably not like the inconvenience of it all. You will blame the wrong people and ignore their plight as long as you have your own stability. What will that stance solve? What good can come from the status quo?

If you support the current system you support corruption and are no different than the people being protested currently across the world.
