Now you are fully seeing the NWO happening before your eyes. How? Greece and Italy are now directly run by the banking cartel. Go look up what these two guys used to do before becoming the leaders of these two countries. What you will see next is a bond haircut for Spain,France etc. These countries will of course agree which will again stop the CDS's from kicking in. (CDS is the insurance one buys on a bond in case of default.) This in turn will bring more austerity where you will see the so-called leaders of these countries step down and being replaced by bankers. I guess the elite are tired of pouring money into the puppet leaders they set up to do their bidding. I guess its a nuasance to always trying to keep them in line. Now the elite are putting their people directly into power.

If the interest rate on their bonds goes up to high (usually above 6 to 7%) the govt. won't or can't borrow any money because it is too damn expensive, basically resulting instant default of the nation or massive cuts in spending (DOOM)

Bond yields in Europe are all rising this morning, widening sharply against safe German bunds, while US stocks are down just a bit.

Those aren't big moves. You do know what a basis point is, don't you?

Very good point my friend. Just recently I read where the EU countries want Germany to put up their gold in order to assist with the continued bailouts. Merkel said no but the writing is on the wall that this will be the last bullet in the gun to try and fight off collapse. But it will be done purposely. Germany too will fall into the hands of the greedy bankers.

The OP is noting the rise in bond YIELDS....

Bond yields is associated with how much it will cost a country to borrow more money. E.g. The more the bond yield climbs on the Italian bonds...The more money it will cost Italy to borrow more money. Pretty ludicrous.

Banks will not raise interest rates on each other. They are all in the same boat.
