The movie THRIVE

I was extremely disappointed in it. I thought they were REALLY going to let loose the true information on Free Energy etc... but it was just crap.

What a let down.

other than it being shallow in content, anything else strike you as strange?

and do you have any issue with family ties of director/producers? i didn't really make anything of that, but i see others have made a big deal out of it. seems a stretch to me. the content and how it vibes with you means more to me.

Simple logic would suggest that if it's everywhere, then it is being "fed" to the people. And not by anyone who has your best interest in mind.

Sooooooo many who think they are awake, or claim to be awake, simply aren't. There is a false awakening.....that basically falls into the controlled opposition category.

You will know a truly awake person by how much they "aren't involved in."

A truly awake person is not yoked to media at all, or very little. Even if you know what it does, it still works as long as you're involved with it.

I'm talking no tv, movies, radio, Internet, even most books and newspapers. These are the tools used to control mass thought. And it fucking works!

Well, it is the closest to the truth with a run down of all the things involved.

So a new comer can quickly catch up. I don't get what people are exspekting...

who ever is disapointed is a person that thinks change will come from outside...

These people should start by changing themselves.

All this movie is, is a synopse of important information on how the world is struktured and what is possible.

indeed. and i've found the quickest way to identify these "false awaken" is the ego blast you get from being around them longer than 3 seconds.

i have no interest in watching it, which is a big shift from just a few weeks ago. in fact, would go out of my way to avoid it. and i, admittedly, find that level of repulsion odd, and just wanted to inquire if anyone else felt the same.
not passing judgement on the film, just vetting my visceral reaction to it.

I agree OP, I like the "I'm awake....check out this viral YouTube video." delusional people. It's lol funny....and not funny at the same time.

I don't know anything about the movie, hadn't really even heard of it. I have some down time tonight, which is rare. Maybe I will check it out and get back to this thread.

It's like saying "chocolade tastes like shit", while you've never tasted it.

Personally I liked the visual aspect of the movie. There wasn't really much new info, but all in all a more than decent movie. 8/10.

well, there are certain things you have to trust your intuition on... like, i trust my intuition that shit tastes like shit, so no need to go down that road just to say that i did.

When you have 'real' discernment, you can't really explain how you have it. You just know things. It's a very lonely feeling. But it is akin to having truth almost inherent. It's a very heightened sense. Like a super bullshit meter.

And I don't think I'm better or smarter than anyone....just for the record. It's kind of a curse. It's a clarity from breaking free from the mass hypnosis...and even as appealing as it is to say fuck it, and join the hypo-party again. You can't. So, be careful what you wish for.

OP, I just watched about 2 days ago. It started out ok, but then it seemed to rehash all the other previous attempts at raising awarness, like Zeigheist. Although these movies have played an important role in waking up lots of people, there is a feeling of a hidden agenda. After this thrive movie, I too felt uneasy.
I dont know what it is, but I kinda feel bad for even thinking that way. Its like I have become so pessimistic, that I dont believe anything anymore. However, there were a lot of unanswered questions after watching it and the lack of a plan to access free energy or disclose et races came up empty for me.
What concerns me are the people who made guest appearances like James Gillaland, Depak Chopra,etc.

i definitely understand where you are coming from, especially with zeitgeist. to be honest, it was one of the films that helped me get my head around the real deal today. so major props. but now... it too strikes me as nefarious.
and thank you for bringing up the JG's and Depak's appearances in the movie. those were major red flags for me b/c i know for a fact that the majority are total douchebag clowns. i have a major visceral reaction to D Chopra.

The guy probably spend most of his family fortune and seeking a new way to replenish is bank account just like Nicholas Cage is doing flop after flop to gain back what he lost.

Zeitgeist is nefarious. Its basically the works and dis-info of a few CIA double agents, wrapped in a hip, "in the know" kind of package. Full of very interesting pseudo-facts, this film attempts to undermine truth seeking, by presenting "mostly truth," mixed with lies meant to derail those on the right track.

It's an effective tactic. Most people don't really research the claims themselves, and instead accept the movie as truth....because it "feels right." Well, yeah....it feels right. It has lots of truth.

The movie quotes JordAn Maxwell quite a bit. Do some research on Maxwell. He is CIA. He's also a 33rd degree mason. Why would anyone "in the know," even trust this fellow for a second?

you know, i thought the double con was a mind fuck, but now i've come to learn it's more like the triple or quadruple con you have to look out for!
and that's why intuition is so important these days.

This was very well put together. I think these people were blind to what was happening and like many of us, have through some research, come to the truth. The fact that this family has money doesn't change the fact that they are reporting exactly what we've seen reported on this site, in bits and pieces, over the past few years.
Because they have money and are as shocked as most of us were, when we first started learning about this stuff, simply means they were able to present this to the population at large in one very current documentary.
To not watch it, is to do yourself an injustice.

What hit me wrong about it all, was that they were "charging" to see what is supposed to be a wake up call for the world...

If their intention was to make people aware, they should have put it out for free, just so more WOULD watch it.

Guess I'm kinda out there, but I think important info, as this was supposed to be, should be there for those that are poor as well as those who can afford it.

My favorite saying is this: Equal justice for all those who can afford it.
