You have to have an atmosphere to see light? if thats the case I have many questions for you shills. No one said that. An atmosphere scatters the light making the sky bright. A flashlight works just fine in a vacuum and will illuminate any object the light falls one. The surface of the Moon is illuminated by the Sun
