Re: Who are the 1 %? Not "all rich people" Not "all business owners" either...
I'm perfectly fine with someone following the rules, working hard and becoming the 1%. What I am not okay with is politicians and bankers contriving to rip people off, outsourcing jobs to foreign countries so that they can make more profits and then in the process laying off millions of people who worked hard, had some savings and did all they were supposed to do to achieve the American Dream and then found themselves out of a job, not able to afford their rent/mortgage, forced out of their homes. The person who's worked at the tire plant for 30 years and all the sudden someone closes the plant because they outsourced it to China and now that 50 year old man who thought he could retire soon has to start all over working at McDonald's or something.
And now that you are forced to work some menial job you find out you need to be able to speak Spanish. Or now find all jobs that are available pay $9/hr like you made back in the 1980's when you were in jr high or high school - but your rent, groceries, gas, everything else has gone way up. Our enemy isn't some foreign country populated by brown people - they are right here in our government and congress and heading banks and conglomerate corporations.

so you are ok with people working for their keep yet when you say you don't agree with the first thing you jump to is an absolute minority ?
how about people immigrating to your country in order to reap all the benefits while feeling none of the duties or expectations apply to them .

that's part of the problem absolutely. I meant it in the context of who they justify us to "liberate" like Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, etc. Not in the context of illegal immigration
