Let me get something straight here...

The Police Captain was retired?

Therefore he was an Ex-Police Captain?

He was in Full Uniform yet he is an Ex Police Captain?

Doesn't that make him a regular citizen and without any authority?

So if an ex-police captain goes to a demonstration wearing full police uniform, is that not like a crime or something?

Isn't he impersonating a police officer?

I know that the war vets put on full regalia when they are attending services but for an unemployed retiree to enter in the fray of unemployed potheads with a police uniform then isn't that breaking the law?

Me so confused....I hope someone can clarify this.
