They started their cover story for this a couple of years ago. The system being turned off that is.

Building on that thought...WHY would the MSM ANNOUNCE to the world which base has all these military satellites??? That kind of info would NEVER be released to the general public unless they want it to be attacked and taken out. Remember, they guy in the WH is our enemy not our friend. SOMETHING BIG IS UP WITH THIS STORY. My gut says this guy is one of the good guys trying to prevent something from happening.

operative word, "THAT" ... it is THAT base that controls GPS satellites... then read the last statement:

"Thibault says the airman is in a building where personnel prepare for deployments."

He is on base, in a building that prepares for deployments... not a building that controls the actual GPS....

Just think if the US would start the Military Draft. We'd be reading these kinds of reports every day. Some snot-nosed PFC launched a nuclear missile at American Samoa or drove a M1A1 Abrams tank into a Patriot Missile Battery. ADHD GI's would be going TILT all over the place.

Why did the AP suddenly ADD these two paragraphs to the story just now. They were not in the original story. Just sayin..I don't trust the AP knowing they are totally controlled by TPTB. Just keep watching THE SPIN they put on this. The truth will be the opposite of what they say.

The MAIN point still remains and that is this...the AP released the name and location of the AFB that has sixy military satellites. Now ask yourself...WHY would they do this????

OMG a map and a compass....my son had a friend who had NEVER seen a real compass, was all amazed by it and how it worked. Only ever saw one on his cell phone and could not even work it right!

They do say he's facing a discharge from civilian charges, so he's definitely a miscreant.
