I think you might be on to something. Thanksgiving is a fairly patriotic holiday in the United States. If something bad happens on Thanksgiving, the holiday will be soiled forever. What a better way to continue to tear apart the stability of the family, traditional values, and positive holidays.

Let me try to clarify. The Middle East is at a tipping point. Even Jordan, which usually takes a hands-off approach in Middle Eastern conflict, is ratcheting up the provocation. We live in a globalized society, where news and information is transmitted instantaneously. The MSM puts their spin on it to accelerate the pending "disaster of the moment." Ever notice that major disasters seem to happen over the holidays when everyone is off work watching the tube?

The armed citizens of the USA can do a much better job than our joke of a military. someones shoots at you no need to call the commander and get permission to shoot back, just open up on the invaders and give them a severe case of lead poisoning.
