They'll just start a new one up with new logo and name. It's easy for those companies to do that. They'll have new jobs 1st of the year.

I have little tolerance for people who take joy in the misfortune of others. However I must admit to just a bit of personal Schadenfreuden in hearing about your appropriate misfortune.

I hope you learn something from this Steven J. Baum, seeing how you earn money, I doubt you will.

I'm sure the attorneys will be fine. It will be the underlings in the office, the secretaries, stenographers, legal assistants, para-legals, etc. that will be hardest hit to find new work. No problem tho, at least the class envy mob has been appeased. Nothing worse than engaging in a legal and necessary business practice.

People who make money off the misery of others need to AVOID celebrating and mocking the unfortunates that they make money off of. That is just "Common Sense 101".

The law firm created it's own undoing and I have little sympathy for it.

It was their arrogance and unadulterated stupidity that did them in, NOT the reporting of their party theme. Imagine if they had thrown a "Concentration Camp Victim" themed party or a "9-11 Victim" themed party or a "fill-in-the-blank with something offensive and insensitive" party, the result would most likely had been the same:

Consumers who are free to pick service providers based on whatever criteria they want would have decided to take their business elsewhere because they were offended.

Those idiots will most likely use better judgement in the future...and hopefully learn to NOT blame someone else for their mistakes.

GOOD! They were so arrogant. They deserved to go down. But who would like to bet they have already made millions of off the foreclosures?

So, in short, no one's life or condition was improved by the law firm going under yet those who were the most critical of the employees making light of the suffering of others are now themselves reveling in the hardship of other and doing the exact same thing that they condemned.

And this is the mentality that is supposed to make societal change for the better? As I'm sure that none of you have ever made fun of anyone less fortunate. Never.
