good for you. Get off them but get off them slowly, wean yourself slowly. Then read pleasurable books, books that make you feel good. Realing will help excercise your brain.

i turned into a monster on venlafaxine. couldn't stop drinking when i had one had to have a load, just come off mirtazapine, boy getting off them is hard. defo do it slowly :)
