european governments prepping for martial law in the PIIGS

apparently the northern european governments are activiating contingency plans to mobilise forces to support the governments in the PIIGS states in the event of a Euro collapse and inevitable civil unrest in those states that will stem from such a collapse (were talking suspension of democratic rights and full marshal law folks).

the recent hubbub in the UK about insufficient security personnel to cover the london olympics is apparently a cover for the mobilisation of additional contingency forces to cover the gaps any loan of troops and police to the PIIGS would leave at home (to avoid a repeat of this years unpoliced riots which were effectively ran as a test to determine
1/ consequences in UK of reduced force presence
2/ live training for riot personnel likely to be deployed to PIIGS states
3/ how to manage possible widespread disturbances in UK next year.
