You might be surprised when Jesus does return, because He's not coming back as a lamb this time.

He's returning as a lion and it will be a terrible day for those who turned against Him.

First thing is people need to get out of the habit of making snap judgements.

Someone could tell them the truth and they may let their preconceived notices override their ability to really LISTEN.

I know the role he is to play, what i'm getting at is what type of information should he teach himself in order to achieve his mission? I'm sure somebody knows something...

So, just for kicks. say if you wanted to awaken your christ consciousness where would you start? I'm not saying you have or you havent but if you wanted to...what would be the first place to look? Would you focus specifically on building up those character attributes or would you teach yourself the fundamentals of the universe and the true nature of humanity/god?

If Christ were here, I think he would say...I love you bro. I like your style, that's solid advice. In other words, just cut the bullshit and get on with it. Get to the nitty gritty...if he needs to know, he'll get the message ;)

That is a interesting theory.. but I don't see it proving true.. I would have to try it with someone else and not do it myself. if it is tried and true it is really interesting

It definately helps to move around this earth having your priorities straight to navigate through all the lies and deception. Something happens when you prioritize your life in the correct order which helps you to recognize the truth in things.

It's worked for me the past few years making strides in my own personal fulfillment. The way I see it, God should be first in everything. Pray first thing in the morning just to give thanks for making it another day and be greatful for the chance to take another breath, and realize that life is beautiful even when you think it's hell on earth. Be greatful for the chance to be alive just one more day.

+ I also put god first because the creator of all came first before anything. It's self explanatory.

Next, you should put yourself second to god. How can you take care of anyone else if you can't take care of yourself? Not only that, but you teach yourself to be self reliant. When life is not giving you what you want, make a point to go out and get it yourself. God may be your spiritual guide but he's not goin to give you everything you need on a silver platter...sometimes you have to go out and get it yourself.

Third is your family. It's your family who will help you get through the worst of times. Love your brother as yourself, and together you can move mountains. (A quote from jesus, not exact but close enough)

Fourth is your friends. Good frienships are close like family. To love your neighbor as yourself means to love a stranger you do not know, and have love for that person to the point where you would risk yourself to save that person. If you can see that in yourself you will have understood one of the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Last but not least you must remember to replenish the Earth.
This is our home, let's keep it that way. I'm no messiah but i would give my life for my people. It is love that will bring us together, so spread the love. Love your people. Love your neighbor as yourself and love the most high, that which is up above and the greatest incarnation of love. Don't forget to love yourself.

The people with high numbers believe in it.

Some with lower numbers make excuses why it is not an "effective" message of enlightenment.

No matter where you start. You can always become better.

thanks. oh sometimes i get in this messed up pattern or groove and then sometimes i am just the opposite.. I also have had some crazy and strange things going on for a while. One thing that gets me is how others try to push their way of things or beliefs or this or that on another.. it makes me want to resist.. things are weird right now here. I am not sure what's right and good or the best for one is what is or what works for another though. thanks for the input

Why do people think there should be one guy that will step in and save the day? Messiahs, Superman, Batman, they're all the same.

Why not just do something to save yourself and the people you care about instead of sitting on your ass and waiting for some imaginary friend to do it for you?

The followers are the ones who should look into the mirror at themselves and figure out how and why his message was distorted over time.

He was the father to Three Children.

It's a rather weak god that allows his message to be distorted so easily.

Was he alive and in a human body when said message was distorted over the last 1700 years?

Had he spoken clearly, without parables, there would be no distortion. Had he spoken clearly, without parables, it would mean that he wanted everyone to hear and everyone to be "saved." He didn't do that. Ergo, he wanted the distortion, and he wanted to only save certain people. This stands as circumstantial evidence that he was not who you think he is.
