You're correct. Those in the nursing homes I know have all been very kind, but a lot of them overall carry a grudge for white people. Even in the south, the vast majority of slaves were owned by something less than 5% of the population and when slavery was legal most of the slaves were brought in by people up around new york if I remember my history. The woman had dementia and this is one sorry state of affairs that people who are supposed to be carers did this.

The woman, most likely was somebody's mother, grandmother, sister or perhaps wife, put into care because of her condition. 89 years old, dementia or not, she deserved respect and got none.

I hope charges were pressed.
