Finger of God

So, a few hours ago, I laid down to take a nap. I was singing a praise song to God, and I saw in my mind a giant finger, and the phrase "finger of God" came into my mind.

Not knowing what that meant, I just fell asleep. I woke up about 30 minutes ago, sat down on my computer to check my email and I heard the words "Finger of God" in my head.

Ok.... now I know He's trying to tell me something specific.

It's a movie.........so I went to youtube to see if it's available to watch there, and it was. Below are the 10 parts to the movie that anyone can watch.

I have no idea what this movie is about, I"ve never heard of it before or seen it before, I"m just posting it because I know He wants me to. I'll watch it this evening.

Here is a brief description about the film that I found on the website: "Finger of God began as a short film about God's miraculous power. I had no budget, no script, and no idea what this movie was ultimately going to look like. I teach storytelling and film at a University in Chicago, and here I was breaking all of my own rules.

But that's where I found myself, and I quickly discovered that God is an incredible film producer. He funded the whole film (I never had to ask for money), took me around the world, and introduced me to some truly incredible people.

So what is the film about? Well, now that it's finished, I can finally answer that question. On the surface it is about the miraculous. I originally thought I was making a film that simply tried to capture miracles on tape. But as the story progressed, things began to change.

At its core, it is about the heart of God. It's about how He views us, and how He is desperate for a relationship with us. Along the way, He places his finger on our lives, touches us deeply, heals us, shows His creativity, and generally surprises us with every move He makes."

Thank you Lisa for posting this movie! I couldn't stop until I finished the last one. As someone else said I also believe God led you to find this for me. It was exactly what I needed!

op I haven't watched all of these yet but I think it's amazing if it is real I am not saying it isn't possible but it is hard for me to believe unless is see it personally or have it happen to me personally... I haven't read through the thread but what do you think about it? have you seen anything like that happen or to you?

I haven't experienced anything like in the video, but I've experienced miracles in my own life before.

Just the other week, a dollar appeared in my purse, and it wasn't there before.

Things like that..........it's wonderful.

Good morning, Lisa! I've seen thing like that happen to me, too. Maybe they happen to everyone and we just need to pay attention.

Why unable to Trust God Fully with your life?
Why unable to Come Unto HIM and tell you want HIM to Guide your life in every way?


I'm sure hearing this pisses you off. The stony/Carnal heart is nothing if prideful and stubborn. Yet, you seem to continually post with expectations and looking for interpretations. Really, though, IF you ever find it in your heart to Trust HIM Fully and surrender your life Unto HIS Care, you will get that New Heart Of HIS Flesh; and then Know just how rotten the carnal-heart is, no matter how well intended you believed yourself to be.


Knowing God and HIS Will means no more confusion.
Knowing HIM means you no longer confuse others, either.

You've always seemed to be a Poster Girl for the Laodicean Church Age. You want what you want from God, but aren't willing to Trust HIM, you rationalize everything from your limited perspective, and you're motivated by fear; but you can't see this until HE Gives you A New Heart...

In Matthew 7:21-23, Jesus Witnesses that only those whom HE Knows will be admitted in at God's Door. Most Christians are well-intending and have tried their best, but remaining Carnal, or "workers of iniquity" as Jesus States, they are alienated from HIM and Father.

Knowing The Father comes only through surrender.
Only by living In-HIS Accord will you find confidence and resources for life.

Nothing else matters in the scope of your life, but whether you were able to Trust God and Come Unto HIM.

I also saw the finger of GOD carving out my new name on the white stone. It was like electricity was coming out of His finger.

The above is not true. I gave four Gospel verses, there are many, many more that show our salvation, our sanctification is a life long process. Only one person following my post agreed!

I was reading a recent (November) writing about Fundamentalism, it reminded me of my attempt to share the
Truth and the response I got here.
