Bunch of mindless drone slackers whinging all day about management.
One of them has started putting on contractors to "take up the slack during peak periods" LOL. You can tell who's who from 100m away by the way they walk.

Everyone has been brainwashed by the right-wing pundits and business bought politicians that they forgot where we were before unions. Think, women jumping out of the windows of a burning factory because there were no safety measures in place or other exists in case of fire. Or children being mangled in machines they worked 14 hours a day for slave wages.

But hey, it wasn't all bad back then - the wage gap was smaller!

And you don't have to be union to complain about managers. Managers don't come from the floor or workers any more - they are people with "DEGREES" in "MANAGING" who can't do shit but rip people off, both the customers and employees, for the bottom line.

PPfft. Safety? Really? I came from a construction background. I remember when I was doing commercial work on multi stories.
I had 3 safety committees to report to:
Union
Main contractor
Work Cover.
Of the three the union showed up until they had around 80 percent of the idiots signed up financial (using promises of better pay and covered walkways from the lunch sheds to the site- 10m away).
When they had enough financial members to fill their quota they disappeared permanently (amongst rumours of a payoff from the contractor to the union organsor- who later did time for an unrelated kick back scandal).

The contractors safety guys were reasonable and didn't care about anything except appeasing work cover.

Work Cover (the government safety authority) were a pain in the arse, constantly on our cases over safety.


So in summation? Fuck the unions for the useless anachronism they are.

Another idiot amongst a sea of apathetic citizens.

If you think unions are a guarantee that companies provide fully safe working conditions, you are misinformed.

Remember that unions and companies are in collusion and the unions will FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT to preserve the jobs of the laziest, most incompetent and stupid workers . . . because those employees are the most easily manipulated - especially those who have been fired and get their jobs back - they are beholden and will do anything.
