Anyone see the movie Human centipede?

Human Catepillar II was banned for a while in the UK.

I never watched the first one and I will not watch the second either.

I'm gonna watch "The 120 Days of Sodom" now.

I read some comments about it and the first thing was,"What the hell did I just watch?!!! I lol'd.

There are movies out there that are horrible. Worse than your most horrible nightmares. It's like someone took acid and made a movie about their bad acid trip. It put's negative energy into out world. We shouldn't perpetuate it by watching. It's like watching "Hostle", but not quite. My kids watched it with me, and now they know better. We do travel from time to time, and they watch themselves. They're older teens, and after seeing that movie....., well it really put a huge dent in their whole "party till dawn" idea of a fun time while traveling.

Human Centipede, on the other hand, puts a whole new spin on the micabre. It's so far out there, that seeing it, I think, would make people too paranoid of the world.

I truly believe in the good of people. I think that 99.9 percent of us, all over the world, honestly have good and noble intentions in our lives. But there are people out there, that are horrible, beyond anything our minds can even comprehend. And to expose your kids to that..... I don't know....wouldn't that lend itself to them thinking that this is somewhat normal? When it SOOOOOOOO isn't?

I've grown up in the Holly wood area and around producers and directors my whole life. I can tell you, in all honesty, that some of these guys...a LOT of these guys, are complete idiots, they're fake, they're just given money with NOOOO fucking clue. They are not the type of people who should be in charge of making a movie at all. They come into the place, with a cool mustache, and a sideways beret, and BOOOOMMMM! DEAL!!! They have no fucking clue. But if they're in the right place, at the right time, they get the deal. And it isn't fair.

Next thing you know, a ludicrous piece of crap like "Human Centipede" is born.

Trust me, stay away from it.

I saw Eraserhead and thought that I would never see a more disturbing movie but The Human Centipede is running a close race with it!

There are, of course, some people that take exception to having their movies censored and often kick up a stink about it saying that they are old enough to make up their own minds, however, as you quite rightly state, there are some movies that are just plain "bad" and that is putting it mildly.

Some bad movies will be made, watched by many people and the vast majority will be repelled or disgusted at the film, but there are a few whereby the movies will not affect them - at all. When a person gets to that point, they should really ask themselves a serious question

"Have I been desensitized, so much so, that it is going to take one hell of a "bad" movie to even move me?"

There is a very real psychological condition in this world and some people truly suffer from it, I cannot remember its official name, but basically, the afflicted person will watch a movie and will be unable to differentiate between fact or fiction and they will often think that it is THEMSELVES that is being depicted on the screen. In effect, they have lost their ID.

Therefore if they are watching something like The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and find themselves identifying with one of the hillbillies with his chainsaw.........

I know of a person that went to the cinema to watch The Matrix when it first came out in the cinemas. They left the film, thought they were Neo and jumped in front of a train.

Directors and Producers have a hell of a responsibility when making movies, some of them however, are not all quite there.

I have only ever gotten about a third of the way through Eraserhead, for some reason I just couldn't bear it and had to turn it off.

It should never have been made and all copies of that movies should be removed from all shelves forthwith.

Google it, don't watch it.

However, imagine what sort of person it would take to not only watch it, but for that movie to have absolutely no affect on them WHATSOEVER.
