The problem is the last ten years have been very negative. The endless wars and bubble economies are nothing to be proud of. The argument is that the war was over and both lost. When the USA stepped in the germans were crushed and forced to sign on to the versailles treaty which set up Hitler and WWII. The Germans couldn't win if they had to fight Russia and the USA at the same time and therefore funded Bolshevik revolusion in Russia. This line of reasoning would suggest that the USA is responsible for the way the twientieth century played out. |
