"CIA-Rem-Surveillance-Vehicle" Wireless Network Signal on I-35 Texas?
We were driving back home in our RV today on I-35. My wife's internet connection was lost and when she went to reconnect a CIA Vehicle Network came up. Here is a picture of the connection manager, is this really CIA or some randomly named network. We were driving on I-35 north of Austin.

I was on I-35 driving, it was clearly another car or truck, there was one 18 wheeler around us. I searched the phrase and nothing came up. The "REM" part of it is odd.

Re: "CIA-Rem-Surveillance-Vehicle" Wireless Network Signal on I-35 Texas?
I wonder if this is related to the pervasive hum which seems to be interrupting people's sleep?

I've been keeping track of it here in Detroit, and have added a bunch to the Hum thread here...

Thread: What the FUCk is this HUMMing SOund (Page 16)

As well as one on my local board, www.detroityes.com, where we've had someone find a box attached to a power pole that induced harsh tones into the AC grid which interrupted his family's sleep in the seventies. He found the box in 2001, posted a story called the Mindbox...and might've returned to our board during the conversation on the hum, but hasn't been useful...so the current guy may be a shill.

I am quite certain there is something being carried through the AC grid which keeps people from true REM sleep and deeper. Something designed to get the bulk of the population on sleeping aids and psychotropic meds.

I've got too much data to bring here...but wanted to add my two cents to this find.

Cheers,

If there was an rem surveillance vehicle, would they name it so obviously as that?

I mean, wouldn't they call it dreamcatcher or something more subtle?

You are right I have seen some funny and odd network names. I just thought that it was an odd name given that I was driving on I-35, and it stayed on our laptop for a couple of minutes so I know it was a mobile signal. I have been in Texas for 22 years and have been on I-35 during the holiday and this was the most traffic I have ever seen.

OP, the Feds and local LE have had these vans for about 12 years now. They were originally designed and almost strictly intended for vectoring in on cell phone signals, but by now I'm sure they've added IP tracking to the mix. Harris in Melbourne was the original designer, god only knows where this technology has gone in the last 10 years.

This is the website of the only truck I saw around me at the time of the wireless signal www.celadontrucking.com. The guy driving had a headset on and the truck looked like a normal semi pulling a trailor.

A trucker wearing a headset? Isn't that a little unusual?

I just read Celadon's 10K report, they are legit. But the acronyms use a lot of legit companies to disguise their activities. Its a mystery thats for sure, and I wouldn't be surprised if they were running around in broad daylight broadcasting that uncoded signal, crazy.

I am assuming it was some kind of car or truck. It would make sense they were patrolling, if they exist, given the amount of traffic and location, I-35.

There are wireless bridges all up and down I35 here in TX. It is cheaper than running fiber along the highway. I do think they could be used for some sinister shit though. Fucking police state.

So are the cameras on the stoplights on a wireless network? The signal we picked up on the highway stayed with us for at least a couple minutes. The highway was jammed up so the wireless signal must of been going southbound like us until they sped off.

I just saw this post because i am at my house in Michigan and I saw CIA Surveillance Vehicle #126 come up on my available network connections near my home. There was also another unknown network with it.

I resisted the urge to connect to it, but Called my friend. The network immediately disappeared. I've NEVER seen this network by my house before...so I wonder too.

If it WAS the CIA you'd think they'd be a little less obvious....

Interesting enough, I meet a real bad mofo. He was president of some bad record lable like Death Row Records. Anyway, he had this crystal around his neck that he called #1 and before he would go into the suite he had. All the electronics had to be taken out and black electrical tape put over all the outlets. He said they can listen through the A/C. I did not believe him. But there was alot of work to remove all the things from the hotel room.

Ok, this thread begs me to ask a question about what I saw the other day... In the DFW area Texas, I'm driving on Hwy 287 and got onto south 157, on 157 going south, there was a very large truck, and there was a man standing on top of the truck with an extremely longlense camera... I thought what the hell was that and what are they looking for? Very strange indeed.
