I see people and hear people who claim from their high horse that even McDonald's is hiring, well guess what, they aren't.
Sure they have a sign out front that says they are hiring, but go in and fill out an app.
I have been told by 6 of them that the sign is posted because of a requirement by corporate. You see it's the illusion that there are jobs when there aren't.
I was told I am overqualified to be a regular team member and under qualified to be in management.
Anyone have anything to say about this??

Even if you have minimal experiance make it look as full and professional as possible with the CORRECT layout. add in little bullets at the bottom with "thrives in fast paced environment" or "excells with teamwork" dont ask for full time everywhere! It is VERY possible to start a decent paying part time job to prove your dedication and skills to be promoted to full time. make a cover sheet/ letter implying why you would be an asset to that work place. You have to be able to sell yourself. We ALL know most job interveiws are all BS anyways. make the employer feel like they would be losing an asset not to hire you. Its all about self confidence and KNOWING that you are willing and more than capable to make the company you are seeking more prosperous than they currently are. You know those people every one complains about who "doesn't want to work"? Well I'm one of them. I'm like, Boss, "you sure you wouldn't be better off finding somebody who actually *wants* to do this shit" (because I sure as hell don't)? There is no way I could "sell myself" on a resume or interview without lying through my teeth. And I'm not a lier. then i hate to tell you....you will not make it far. it seems you do not want to do anything you dont appreciate to come out on top in the end. so you will never come out on top.....it takes sacrifice.
