I have seen ufo's that are similiar to this, but these may in fact be satellites. When I see the ufo's that resemble these, they go apart and come back together, fly at varying speeds from still to absurdly fast in all directions. 2 may come together, then 3 pop out in all directions. They tend to be much more sporadic than they appear in this video each time I have seen them.

These and the "cigar shaped" ufo's I have seen quite a few times.
