In the beginning, God created Adam and Eve, He created them perfect, and they were to live forever in a perfect place. There were a group of angels that were appointed to watch over and help Adam and Eve, they were called “The Watchers”.

Satan was one of them, and he became full of pride and envy, he wanted worship for himself, so he led a bunch of these angels astray, and attempted to lead mankind astray also.

Genesis 3:4-6 “You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. "

Well, “The Watchers" fell from grace, and taught humans all kinds of abominations, weapons of war, magic, spells, drugs.......and all kinds of abominations. I believe this was the "fruit of the tree" that they were not supposed to eat. They were supposed to live a life of innocence and purity, not knowing evil at all. But, satan had other plans.

Now these fallen angels (the watchers), following satan's direction, took human wives for themselves and produced a hybrid offspring called Nephilim, evil giants.

Gen. 6:1-4 "Now it came about, when men began to multiply on the face of the land, and daughters were born to them, that the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves, whomever they chose. Then the Lord said, "My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, because he also is flesh; nevertheless his days shall be one hundred and twenty years."� The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.

Genesis 6:4-6 "The Nephilim were in the land in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.
Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the land, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And the LORD was sorry that He had made man in the land, and He was grieved in His heart."

Why did this happen? Possibly the demons were attempting to pollute the human blood line in order to prevent the coming of the Messiah, Jesus Christ. God had promised that a Messiah would come from the line of Eve (Genesis 3:15) who would crush the head of the serpent, Satan.

The Nephilim were literal, physical beings produced from the union of the sons of God and daughters of men. Hybrids.

The Book of Jubliees also tells of these events

Chapter 5: 1-3 "And it came to pass when the children of men began to multiply on the face of the earth and daughters were born unto them, that the angels of God saw them on a certain year of this jubilee, that they were beautiful to look upon; and they took themselves wives of all whom they chose, and they bare unto them sons and they were Giants. And lawlessness increased on the earth and all flesh corrupted its way, alike men and cattle and beasts and birds and everything that walks on the earth all of them corrupted their ways and their orders, and they began to devour each other, and lawlessness increased on the earth and every imagination of the thoughts of all men (was) thus evil continually. And God looked upon the earth, and behold it was corrupt, and all flesh had corrupted its orders, and all that were upon the earth had wrought all manner of evil before His eyes.


Chapter 7:21-24 "from fornication and uncleanness and all iniquity. For owing to these three things came the flood upon the earth, namely, owing to the fornication wherein the Watchers against the law of their ordinances went a whoring after the daughters of men, and took themselves wives of all which they chose: and they made the beginning of uncleanness.

And they begat sons the Naphidim, and they were all unlike, and they devoured one another: and the Giants slew the Naphil, and the Naphil slew the Eljo, and the Eljo mankind, and one man another.

And every one sold himself to work iniquity and to shed much blood, and the earth was filled with iniquity.And after this they sinned against the beasts and birds, and all that moves and walks on the earth: and much blood was shed on the earth, and every imagination and desire of men imagined vanity and evil continually."


Notice that these evil Giants (Naphidim, Naphil, Eljo) sinned against the animals. You know the stories in Myths and Legends about half Men-half Beast and half Men-half bird? They probably was true as they sinned against the beasts and corrupted even their flesh too. This was probably the beginning of "uncleanness" in the animal kingdom because everything that God has originally made was "Good".


The Book of Enoch tells the same story in Chapter 7:2-6 "And they became pregnant, and they bare great giants, whose height was three thousand ells:Who consumed all the acquisitions of men.

And when men could no longer sustain them, the giants turned against them and devoured mankind. And they began to sin against birds, and beasts, and reptiles, and fish, and to devour one another’s flesh, and drink the blood. Then the earth laid accusation against the lawless ones."

It had gotten so bad that God decided to wipe everything off the face of the earth because of all the corruption of both man and beast. Nothing was pure anymore, except for one man and his family, Noah.

God saved Noah and his family, and destroyed everything else on earth via a global flood.


Oh, but wait! The evil giants, resurface again later on, and more then one race of them! When the Israelites spied out the land of Canaan, they reported back to Moses in Numbers 13:33, "There also we saw the Nephilim; and we became like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight."

Also in 2 Samuel 21:20 "And there was again war at Gath, where there was a man of great stature, who had six fingers on each hand, and six toes on each foot, twenty-four in number, and he also was descended from the giants."

They had re-infected the earth again, through demonic offspring, once again, trying to corrupt our DNA to stop the birth of the Messiah. The original ones didn't survive the flood, but they did it again, and again, and again!

But how? After the flood all of the Watchers were bound in chains and sent to Tartarus as the Bible says in Jude verse 6 “And the angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their own home—these he has kept in darkness, bound with everlasting chains for judgment on the great Day.”.

But what about the spirits of the Giants (Nephilim)? Well, the Book of Enoch tells us what happened to them in Enoch 15:8-10 "But now the giants who are born from the (union of) the spirits and the flesh shall be called evil spirits upon the earth, because their dwelling shall be upon the earth and inside the earth. Evil spirits have come out of their bodies. Because from the day that they were created from the holy ones they became the Watchers: their first origin is the spiritual foundation. They will become evil upon the earth and shall be called EVIL SPIRITS. The dwelling of the spiritual beings of heaven is heaven; but the dwelling of the spirits of the earth, which are born upon the earth, is in the earth".

What was the point of all of this???????? Well, when God created mankind with freewill, He knew we would fall. But, He made a redemption plan for us so that even though we would fall, we could be redeemed. That plan was the Messiah. The very first verse of the Bible reveals this, Barasheet - Behold the hand, behold the nail. (See video at the end of post) God chose a race of people for Himself, that He would come through as a sacrifice for us, and that race of people was the Israelites. That is why they were given The Law and they were not to marry outside of their own linage. The linage was so important for this reason, to keep a pure race of people so the Messiah could come through them. This is why He set them apart, and His law was so strict, so that they could remain pure and His plan of redemption could be completed for mankind.

Satan tried and tried and tried, over and over again, to destroy God’s plan for mankind through all kinds of ways, introducing Adam and Eve to evil, trying to pollute the DNA of the human race, trying to tempt Jesus, trying to kill Jesus as a baby, trying to destroy our redemption and reconciliation to God. He tried everything he could think of, but it didn’t work. Jesus finished His mission, and created one New Man through His own blood sacrifice.

I watched an interesting video the other day by Jonathan Kleck that showed his research about ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics, and his conclusion was that we are all hybrids, but there was too much info missing for me, and the way he arrived at that conclusion left a lot of questions and giant leaps with much missing info, that I couldn’t reconcile.

After thinking about all of this, and putting together the Bible, The Book of Enoch, and The Book of Jubilees, I think I’ve been able to find those missing pieces, atleast to my own satisfaction. Throughout time, we have all interbred, all races have mixed into one big giant DNA soup. The fact that there were several races of evil giants after the flood, and the fact that Polydactyly exists in humans today is enough evidence for me that our DNA has been mixed with those ancient evil giants. The Bible tells us that they had 6 fingers and 6 toes…….that’s Polydactyly and people today are born with that genetic disorder. [link to en.wikipedia.org] 2 Samuel 21:20 says, “In still another battle, which took place at Gath, there was a huge man with six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot--twenty-four in all. He also was descended from Rapha.” It’s also stated in 1 Chronicles 20:6.

So, are we hybrids? I honestly don’t know, but I believe it’s possible that throughout the generations of mixed blood and races, our DNA could be corrupted today and it’s possible that this is why we are born in sin, imperfection, and our inclinations of the heart are inherently evil. That could explain it. That would also explain the genetic imperfections in the human race, because we have corrupted DNA.

But, it doesn’t matter if we are hybrids or not because through the Blood of Jesus we are a New Man, made pure through His Blood and His sacrifice, we are a new creation washed clean and pure before the throne. We are made perfect through Him.

Well, those are my thoughts this morning as I try and put the pieces of the puzzle together. Am I 100% absolutely sure that all this is fact? No, just trying to figure it out one piece at a time.
