Do we only ban dog fighting because of the generated cash flow or because it's cruel......hmmm, something to think about there. Horses have only served humans (what kind of Wild West would it have looked like??) and been a part of our history and lives, living with us side by side for thousands of years.....god, to have to justify this just makes me sick!! |

You'd at least make sense if you weren't eating those beautiful brown cows with those large, soft eyes. WTF. |

Horses cost a minimum of $400. each to euthanize. Corn sold for ethanol meant grain costs soared, the drought meant hay costs went through the roof. Most horses are owned by a rural segment of the population which is the hardest hit by a poor economy. Horses are being abandoned and starved in unprecedented numbers - there is no 'pound' for horses, all the rescues are jam packed and unable to take more and have been for years. YOU are an idiot, and you are doing horses no favors. |

They will soon be slaughtered for food. I agree this is why the government has again made it legal. |

I will not, thank you, but I don't think it's right that you're talking about how juicy and delicious How Now Brown Cow is but then saying how horrific and terrible people are who may want to have the option to eat Mr. Ed. Any argument you make for how majestic and emotional horses are can also be said for cows. At least be consistent, hmmm...with your positions, maybe you should run for Congress? |
