I'm surprised it is six companies. I would have assumed less, perhaps 3-5. I believe frontline or one of the public broadcast publications had a break down chart around 10 or more years ago. I'm sure I have the gif/jpeg in one of my hard drives, somewhere. I believe I recall, at that time, the number was 7. I will have to check..... I will report back if I am successful in obtaining it.
