Quoting: pool It isn't that hard to do. Cabbies buy a license from NYC to be cabbies. Even though it does cost a lot, it is still a license. A license is not ownership and a right, as we all know a license can be revoked. Purposefully impeding traffic and enmasse not supplying the required service to he public is a good reason for revocation. Better people can be found to use those licenses.
