You don't know much about the book business, do you?

Publishers pay for book tours, not bookstores.

The book business is a small time industry. If he signed 5,000 books (ouch that would hurt) his royalties on those books would be $10,000 tops. Publishers then wait six months before they pay the royalties, and hold back 30% to cover returns.

The guy earns about $40,000 a day from his radio show to give you a comparison. He doesn't have to wait six to 12 months to get paid from it ether.

The book tour is a tiny thing. I'm not sure why he does it because it can be exhausting. But he was full of energy even on his third stop yesterday after doing his radio show.

No right thinking person would trust Beck with anything but a rubber ball.

It lists right on the title page the four writers of the book Being George Washington. Unlike many big time authors who hide the names of their ghostwriters, Glenn gives credit in writing in the book.

GB is one of the bravest men in America. Wish there were more of him.
