Ron Paul Wins Tea Party Straw Poll In Iowa , woo hooo! | |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 6403532 United States 12/03/2011 05:52 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | "Newt Gingrich is a Washington, D.C. insider who lobbied for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae which helped lead to the financial crisis and left the U.S. taxpayers on the hook for billions of dollars in bad loans for years to come. Tea Party groups would be hard pressed to endorse a candidate who exemplifies broken government and the corrupt nature of politics in Washington, D.C." |

But most people who "call" themselves conservatives will back one or the other. If it is a choice between Gingrich, Romney, and Obama, the globalist banksters who run the world will smile and say, "Any of the above", and their One World Socialist Agenda will proceed as planned. |

He is, after all, perhaps the only serious conservative option left. ...If Cain, damaged by multiple allegations of infidelity and sexual harassment, announces he is dropping out of the race in Atlanta, Ga., today as close supporters suspect might happen, Paul will have no trouble leveling with Iowans about Romney or Gingrich's less-than-stellar "conservative" records. ...Romney's second-place position is in peril as he has made a calculated decision to spend more time outside of Iowa in recent months, prompting Gov. Terry Brandstad to acknowledge he could lose the nomination without Iowa. Gingrich was already on shaky ground with some conservatives as he grabbed frontrunner status two weeks ago, given his penchant for getting cozy with Nancy Pelosi and other liberals in the past. Now, Paul's "Serial Hypocrisy" ad is gaining viral status, as bloggers and media outlets replay his hand on television and across the web. That leaves us with Ron Paul. Roxi (OP) User ID: 3577340 United States 12/03/2011 08:48 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Not surprised. Check out this, from that conservative website: A first or second place finish in Iowa would thus require every candidate to begin debating him on the issues Paul excels in during the debates, defending records or the status quo in a way that would put most of those candidates to the left of the congressman. This puts him in the driver's seat to frame the debate, because like it or not, no one could ever label Paul a hypocrite. The media, too, would be forced to report the results and seriously consider Paul, who for all intents and purposes, has been left out of the public square and the spotlight despite being as serious a candidate in fundraising as Texas Gov. Rick Perry, Romney or Cain. |

Quit being so damn negative, I see you bashing him every time his name comes up.... If you just watched him in the forum 5 minutes ago, he just had a Rick Perry/Herman Cain moment. Believe me, if Ron Paul where given the time, he could come up with crystle clear ideas for the future of this country. Just look at the compition. All slimey snakes. Ron Paul is the clear choice. |
