Star seeds, children, people - semantics is unimportant.
No, not every human being is a cosmic citizen. Many serve no purpose, will never evolve, are merely outer shells, existing on a planet, consuming resources, creating negativity, unwilling to see, hear, or know.

Most are spending their entire lives battling their own ego not knowing it is their own ego that is gatekeeper of the knowledge of who they really are. Everyone serves a purpose and everyone choose their paths by entering into flesh when the foetus in the womb was in the 13th week of growth. This choice is deliberate, knowing full well the full path the newborn child wil take and how it will end. It is all by choice. Overcoming the gatekeeper (ego) is the primary mission for the lightbeings we all are (or star seeds if you like).The more time accelerates due to the completion of cosmic evolution, the more appearant this will become to those still stuck in the ego-battle. The gatekeeper or Saturn is where our weaknesses and fears lie, we must acknowledge and come to understand the beast in order to achieve a wholeness.
