I guess Eric Johnson and Joe Satriani just aren't "cool" enough or popular enough for the likes of a Rolling Stone top 100.

They even put Kurt Cobain in the top 100! Now, I like Nirvana... don't get me wrong... but Kurt Cobain was not that great of a guitarist. I can play most of their songs... they aren't that difficult. I wouldn't even begin to try to THINK I would be able to play something Eric Johnson came up with.

pffft....they didn't have steve vai in there either,...and my Dad who is almost 80 knew him too!....Where he gets that stuff from......got me....maybe my younger brother who was pro for awhile....;)
