Who would make a good temporary Dictator?

I was reading through the thread about what we would change in America and there were some really good ideas there. One person said he'd appoint himself temporary dictator and had an agenda he would invoke (I don't know how to embed a thread, sorry). It got me to thinking that wasn't a bad idea. So, if the American people could vote on a reformation agenda, who do you think would have the integrity to serve as the temporary dictator to implement it? Could be a Co-Dictatorship too.
