AH SUNDAYS GLOBAL GROUPS MEDITATION, AUGUST 5TH, 2012, SAME 21:00 UTC, if possible.

When I Connected with CMAton to ask about the possible prospect of our AH Sunday Meditation, He suggested to remain focused on the following points and do that in a global groups meditation as much as possible.

Add our prayers, Love and Light towards the most vulnerable ones, women and children in those war torn countries like Syria especially. Don't go IN there, only send LOVE AND LIGHT and upliftment and support through PURE intention, coming from your heart.

Some good progress is being made in both the financial and military departments, as MORE FIND THEIR WAY TO THE LIGHT, whether that is under pressure what FLEET has been applying lately, or whether that is due to their CONSCIOUS kicking in. It seems some military plans have been canceled because of that. Also some more CRAZY decisions have been made, what will be met with the appropriate actions IF and WHEN they would be called into action.


Some BIG WIGS from the financial sector are to step forward what may cause a lot of mayhem first in the financial sector and then fanning out as a result. The Light is on a roll, He said and many are seeing the LIGHT as their ONLY WAY OUT what is encouraged above all else. .


Lets re-establish full focus on the BANKING AND MILITARY sector in global perspective. THAT SOME OF ITS MEMBERS MAY REALIZE AND RECOGNIZE THE TRUTH and bring forward THE TRUTH BIG TIME. We already work behind the scenes to help this to manifest, and the inner cracks and breaks are showing. So we appreciate your help AS VISUALIZING YOURSELVES AS ONE GROUP, STANDING TOGETHER AND BEAMING YOUR MIND GUIDED LIGHT AND LOVE TOWARDS THE BANKING AND MILITARY SECTOR GLOBALLY. To Those Who Dare to Dream and Desire and Purely Intend Beyond Your Horizon. Saturday Aug. 4th, 2012

This is Monjoronson.

Hello Beloveds, as the offer still stands to bring forth a message to you all, I gladly take the opportunity.

Together with our Sovereign, Christ Michael, we ran many options against their possible outcomes in a very fluctuating landscape as is your society. But only for now anymore. You could call this ' The Bigger Picture ' including many other places that also are in Transition, before making the final call.

As this scribe is later going to confirm, that is a very common way of assuring that all possible grounds are covered as good as possible in the practical running of a Planet, a System, a Constellation and so forth.

Many Minds come together and look at any given problem or situation via the many results possible. Why am I explaining this to you ? Because some or you will be meeting me and become part of such teams, councils and decision making processes. Doing all of that in Divine Service and to the benefit and Highest Purpose of All involved, creates a wonderful satisfaction after all involved did their best to use their Divine given and empowered Minds Within the One Mind.

This My Beloveds is organization at its best, necessary to keep any group, community or organization Divinely running. All of that has been kept from you, but not for long anymore. The Abundance of ways to Serve will enthuse even the dullest amongst you, If and When that road will be chosen by you.

......I am aware of the fact that you are Guided in sharpen your telepathic abilities already, but let me suggest also to Connect in what you call ' meditative ' state to learn more about those organisations skills if interested. Or some might remember stuff from your ' Night Shifts '. It will give you an advantage when those opportunities present themselves.

All I am further allowed to say in conclusion is that those amongst you who are hungry to know and thus best prepared, will enjoy the imminent and most significant Correction Time most intensive. We realize that you are limited to comprehend in full, but those who dare to dream and desire and purely intend beyond your horizon, will arrive just there with greater speed and ease. What might start as ' a rollercoaster ' can soon become a thrill for more. If you can see yourself in the new, then it is high time to leave the old ways behind.

Monjoronson Speaks about his Mission Post Stasis

Jess, this is Monjoronson... I feel it is time to speak more specifically about what has happened to my magisterial mission.

I have spoken to you before. It has been a few years now, but I am aware of the direction Christ Michael Aton is taking his creation. You and your group have been very involved in shaping the direction this is going. You are working on the preliminary steps, while I am preparing the second phase that will involve sorting out claims and making judgments on past actions. My role is one of evaluating and guiding the direction your rebuilding will follow. My organization will oversee what is being planned and facilitated.

We already are doing preliminary work to establish parameters Earth will be measured by. This involves a clear interpretation of Christ Michael's intentions for Earth. The planet's role has been derailed and bastardized by those who sought to reject the Creator's mandate for his creation. Your role has been to help reorient the direction this evolution is taking. You lightworkers have been guiding those unaware though example and by teaching, in whatever form that takes. My task here has not been connected to what you have been working with. Only a few of you have focused on where my mission is taking me. This will be a more business-like activity than one of re-creating the ascended Earth. We will be determining how this past era of Earth's life fits into the standards that were laid down before the inhabitants begin trying to fulfill them. Most will fall short of the ideals possible, and my job is to judge those missteps accurately.

.....My role doesn't involve much of what Christ Michael is currently involved with. He is finding closure for this phase of his planet's life, and assisting Gaia to find her own ascension. The notion that the change will take place without a traditional sweeping house to remove all vestiges of the past is radical and untested. He is finding his way through a compromise situation and determining the absolute best course he can pursue. As you understand, this determination is complex and novel. Christ Michael changes his parameters constantly on a global and universal scale.

Your frustration with delays as you perceive them is an ingrained emotional response you have developed to allow you to inhabit this lower frequency existence. It feels that something is wrong because the sequence of events has upset your mental understanding of what makes rational sense to you. As lightworkers you must learn how to be balanced and flexible within this spiritual flux and find ways to express this fluidity to others who have a more focused, sequential perception.

I will be involved in your teaching later on, as well as helping Machiventa and Esu coordinate the progress of awakening that will occur after the stasis reconstruction is completed. I am here to coordinate the ascension, which means finding closure for the past and outlining the path for the future.

I am seeking new voices as I return to the Abundant Hope network. I have comments that compliment what Christ Michael Aton is doing, and it will be more productive to coordinate our messages on a more systematic basis. That is not to say I won't develop my own network and organization, but it will be useful to me to connect with your group.

Christ Michael has his plan well formulated, and most elements are prepared, or about to be reached. I ask you to listen and work as you are guided. There will be more coming from me to you and to others.

CONSTANT UNIVERSAL VIGILANCE



Dear Children on Earth who learn through DESTRUCTION,



Why is it that you jerk forward in painful episodes which take you from one unpleasant experience to the next? Your abdication from responsibility allows you to be propelled forcefully along your journey whenever the tension has accumulated to bursting point, requiring immediate and explosive release.



Is this the way you wish to live, Beloved Children, helplessly riding on the crest and then in the trough of a relentless wave?



Know that the learning process on other more spirituallly advanced planets does not involve these constant leaps, these painful recognitions, these tortuous dead ends, these sudden separations. The learning curve is constant, gentle and consistant. Awareness is so great that the smallest irregularities or inconsistencies or untruths or bumps on the road of experience lead to IMMEDIATE REASSESSMENT AND REAJUSTMENT AND CORRECTION of behaviour, of method employed, of attitude or approach.



Thus, difficulties are „nipped in the bud“ before they can reach proportions which cause anxiety or chaos. UNIVERSAL VIGILENCE AT ALL TIMES IS A PRE-REQUISITE OF HARMONIOUS LIVING.



We would like to expand on the „bud“ metaphor. We would ask you to treat life as a path through a bed of roses which needs constant attention. When pests appear, or when a leaf becomes diseased it is best to remove the cause lest it spread to the whole bush and threaten its life-sap. RECOGNISING THAT WHICH DESTROYS IS PARAMOUNT, AND NURTURING BUDS WITH THE POTENTIAL OF METAMOPHOSING INTO BEAUTIFUL BLOOMS IS THE WAY TO PROSPERITY, PEACE AND ABUNDANCE.



The essence of this is to DO BOTH AT THE SAME TIME: THE ERRADICATION OF ALL WHICH HARMS, SIMULTANEOUS WITH THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF ALL WHICH BENEFITS HUMANKIND.



We ask you to be watchful, ever watchful, keeping yourself in a state of constant reassessment of your behaviour, your often self-imposed boundaries, your often acceptance of limits imposed by outside sources. Thus you will learn to trust THE INSIDE SOURCE which is ever searching to improve self and improve the surroundings for self and for others.



This is the adventure, Beloved Children, to move ever forward and onward, exploring and searching, with love in your hearts, to inspire and contribute in ever increasing numbers of ways and dimensions, until your expereince encorporates more and more perspectives until YOU BECOME ONE WITH ALL AND UNTIL YOU CONTAIN ALL PERSPECTIVES WITHIN YOURSELF.



This is what we call SPIRITUAL GROWTH: progressing from one concept of yourself to another with ever increasing speed and with ever increasing devotion to the Divine, accompanied by the desire to serve and uplift externally.



The time to come will lift you from one paradigm to another. The effect of this may plunge you into the trough of dismay, as you may indeed realise that you have failed a very significant awareness test, and the pain of falling into the trough of the wave may be great.



Know, however, that the exhilaration of rising to the crest of the wave together with the extreme and joyful anticipation of new beginnings will override that initial despair. Know that there is huge potential for upward movement in all aspects should you be able to reasess the past, release it and look to the new opportunites presented to you.



Indeed, these will be PRESENTED. You will have time to ponder, to reassess and to choose. And indeed these opportunities are PRESENTS – gifts of progression and increased opportunities from your Creator for your personal use, should you be AWARE and MAKE CONSCIOUS CHOICES to accept.



We hope this will be an inspiration to DREAM YOUR DREAMS and DREAM THE IMPOSSIBLE, for all this can move into the range of PROBABILITY and MANIFESTATION.



Some may be completely overwhelmed by such possibilities. Some may choose to play with one or two possibilities, and they will find themselves in an environment where these one or two possibilities can evolve without pressure, at the pace of one’s own choosing.



But whatever the pace, hints of blockages in the form of obstacles, misunderstandings or ruts in the road MUST BE ADDRESSED AT ALL TIMES TO ASSURE THE SMOOTH PASSAGE AND TRANSITION OF YOURSELVES AND YOUR EATH.

This Great Transition is no written recipe in stone

This is CMAton of Nebadon, Your Sovereign.

It has clearly come to our attention how many of you, Our Dearly Beloved Light Workers, are thinking and feeling about the present situation on Mother Earth.

We do care a very great deal about your well being as well as your brothers and sisters who are presently missing out on what you know or who are still walking the opposite path of Love and Light.

As your Sovereign, and directly linked with and through Our Mind, I ask you to Go Within and ask Me anything. According to your experience and ability to comprehend, you WILL receive My answer. I AM nearer to you than your breath and your heart beat which are merely physical.

Please waste no time in assumptions and opinions BEFORE Connecting with Me or Your Higher and REAL Self. There is too much work to be done and going on and We want all of this to be finished just as soon as you do. After all, this is a Great Correction, a Great Transition and we aim for Great Results on the other side of this finish line, even with alot of work still, once we pass through the darkness.

I have asked for your Trust before but many sought refuge in 3D thinking what did not cover the understanding of our Divine Plan at work. You are still sharpening your telepathic abilities, the only way to find and grow Trust, during day ( meditations – visualisations ) and night, all meant to help your forward, help you understand, help you to hear and see what others don’t and can’t hear and see. They are not exercising their Divine Tools available to all.

I see and know the content of your heart before you speak one word.
I hear and understand your cries for this to be over already.

I promise you that not one page of all scenarios is left unread or unconsidered. That not one minute is wasted and that great counselling with many great minds is ongoing while countless actions and projects in and outside of your Solar System are undertaken. That to guarantee the best and most swift outcome to the benefit and highest purpose of All involved. You would be amazed to see the list of ALL, as the variety of participants and situations in this final act is staggering. Then we have the onset of teachings and mother Earth to do her work or not.

Only after stirring in the pot can a Chef taste and know what needs to be added. Taking away a certain overwhelming herb or spice is very difficult to do. So are flavours added with care and in small additions at a time while tasting continuously.

We are discovering many flavours coming together so the end result guarantees a satisfying pallet for all involved.

This Great Transition is no written recipe in stone, but a delicate measuring and handling with a desired, but not experienced outcome in mind. Forgive Me for not rushing through, but to finish in perfection as everything is falling into place bit by bit. I am sure you’ll forgive Me then and for that you won’t have to wait much longer.

No delays, no hesitations, no withdrawals but an ongoing process so far of additions, of delicate cooking that is showing great signs of a unique new combination of flavours never tried before, but very much to the taste of the willing involved. The unwilling will taste another set of bitters instead.

What we Guide you to do, Our Dearly Beloved Light Warriors is all part of that delicate process at work and you KNOW if your practise is improving your pallet or not, if your experiences are growing in depth, if your clarity in apprehension and comprehension is increasing or not. Remember the four D’s and Delight will be yours and Ours. We advise you to check your progress in every possible way as also We do along the road that is reaching the end of the old and the beginning of the new.

As Lighthouses you stood tall for all to see, including us. The influx of Light is doing its work and showing truth and reality that was not visible before. All of that is going and growing into the mix now as this cycle draws to its close. It took longer but none of your patient and steady ones will complain when you will be presented with the many new options that this process has provided.

Stand tall and hold on tight, My Dearly Beloveds. I see and hear all of you as I AM preparing only the Best of Results to make it worth your while and efforts. That I want you to KNOW through the ONENESS WE ARE as the days of the old are numbered and those of the new are coming steady and will even surprise most of you, even if you were told. Salu.

I am come today to speak,
To the weary and forlorn,
What you perceive to be is not,
What your eyes alight upon..

I will not speak of that to come,
It is for you as Masters in know,
To act upon that which avails
Your knowing to bestow,

Travails are aplenty,
But none that you can’t bear,
For rising within your purpose,
Glows your essence pure and clear.

For this you came forward,
For this you toiled and strained,
To make manifest the righteous truth,
Of what stokes suffering and pain...

As the storms rage on and on
As the pressure takes its toll,
You are reminded of those follies,
For which a cleansing must unfurl..

You witnessed the resetting.
Of the Divine plan many a while,
Manifesting as destruction,
Of the gross and of the vile.

From each attempt you grew,
From each attempt you rose,
Stronger in your yearning,
To Master the light-less you oppose.

Now comes the time of reckoning,

AH SUNDAY MOTHER EARTH GLOBAL MEDITATION

AH SUNDAY MOTHER EARTH AWARENESS GLOBAL GROUPS MEDITATION, AUGUST 19TH, 21:00 UTC

During morning meditation, CMAton answered my burning question to know if we are up for another Sundays AH Global Groups Meditation - Visualization. He explained what He thought would better be our urgent focus : Mother Earth and not just by saying : '' Hi. ''

We can Connect with the Higher Self, the Spirit, the Divine Immortal Invisible Soul of Mother Earth, who has nurtured us for a very long time, even during multiple incarnations, while we gradually woke up to WHO WE ARE, unless it only happened recently. We have many reasons to be GRATEFUL to Mother Earth and it suits us, AH Light Warriors, to express that most clearly through our personal Connections we are asked to establish on Sunday.

Any way of showing and pledging support directly to Mother Earth, if not done before, will also establish an eternal bond and lead to being called ' Welcome Back ' , if we we' re to move on to other places after our agreed souls purposes are fulfilled.Support will make it easier for Mother Earth to go through some rough earth changes coming up and will go hand in hand with work Fleet is doing as we speak.

Visualizing us a ONE GROUP, ONE CIRCLE around Mother Earth and allowing our Higher Selves to direct us what to do, and reporting what was observed, will make Sunday not just a most useful and practical AH Global Groups Meditation - Visualisation, but also help you to turn it into a AH MOTHER EARTH AWARENESS DAY.

Any action you can think about of doing something you know is helping, or is in support or blessing or strengthening or healing of Mother Earth by you and yours, would be most welcomed as well. Whether you clean up some dirt or plastic or feed mother Earth with organic matter or spent time in Nature, Blessing and talking, perhaps during your Global Groups Meditation, ALL would be most welcome.

Something tells me this will be a fun Sunday for those who take this most serious and to heart ... and somebody will be HAPPIER in the process ... , whether things work smooth, rough or not at all. We are helping Mother Earth to prepare for any eventuality.

Update on the Three Days of Darkness (3DD)

Dearly Beloveds, this is Christ Michael and an update is due.



The time is close. We give no dates but I am here to update today about a small change of plans that will affect you. The craft to eclipse the sun has been behind the sun and ready for some time, close and easy. We have begun to move it more "forward".



Now, because folks are NOT aware of what is planned, and most are NOT listening within, the 3DD will start with a partial eclipse of the sun. This will last for about 24 hours so that everyone can prepare for something coming. It gives "notice". There are many countries in which the news will cooperate during this time, but some don't plan on it. I think the pressure will require it, when the whole world notices an unexpected partial eclipse and wonders WHY.



The eclipse will look somewhat different than a partial eclipse by the moon. You will NOT see a huge round dark disk as the method is different but it will be obvious and certainly much more obvious that this is not NIBIRU or any such other thing, in the method we will use. You will not see a gradual eclipse forming. Due to the method used, it will be sudden.



At the end of the 3DD there will be another 24 hours of similar events. The electricity will be turned off shortly after the total eclipse is manifest but not before. And hopefully most news stations around the world will be making that statement about the electricity, so people can prepare some sort of lighting in their homes. People will be advised to GO HOME. For those traveling, home would be of course the hotel or whatever other temporary arrangements are being used. ALL aircraft will be landed during these first 24 hours, we will see to that.



Countries are being encouraged to bring ships into port, and this has been out for a time to leadership, but not much seriousness has been taken by some players on the world stage. Generally however, the big boats make their own electricity and will be fine and smaller ones, if the people are so dumb to not come in to port, and have no way to generate heat or light, it is their problem.



Hospitals of course will make scarce use of electric generators and hopefully during the initial 24 hours will send stable patients home. Ditto other circumstances. Since most businesses require electricity, everyone is going home, there is no need to run any services except for emergency needs.



This is WELL planned beloveds. Do not fear. But we will not be dropping flashlights to people. They will be challenged to manage. Of course native types will get thru it fine. There is still the mini stasis during this. All intelligent animals will be in stasis, those requiring human care. We do not let cows go un-milked, they go to sleep too. This is but one simple example.



The mini-stasis will last at least one week and likely more. Those of you coming aboard during the mini-stasis will be lifted on our schedules devised. Generally shortly after the electricity goes off, but will fluctuate according to local circumstances.



We need those of course in the know, to be working with those who are going to be afraid. If you can have some sort of extra candles, flashlights and batteries that might be useful to share. MANY are NOT needed, one per house is enough, as to flashlights, you chose on candles. It is not hard to get thru 3 days without electricity and in the dark, but it is made easier if the house has some sort of lighting to find the way to bathrooms and the like. It will NOT be pitch black in the day time. The sun's corona extends a fair distance from the sun and the corona will not be completely blocked, so it will not be pitch black in the daytime, but more like a heavy dusk.



You can assure people that its fine to go outside and look out windows. It is the thugs who put out that one needs holy candles and must stay inside flat on the floor in prayer. People will be in prayer though, I assure you.



Where media will cooperate, this will be told in fact. People will be given some time to get small amounts of lighting to find their way in the dark. That is truly all that will be needed anyway, except in hospitals, and nursing homes and most all of them do have generators.



Anything to make light will work as long as its not on the grid. Most people with solar electricity and battery storage may have some light and it will be friendly of these who do, anyone with generators also, to invite neighbors in. There will be NO removals during the darkness. That occurs ONLY during the mini-stasis which is scheduled in the middle of the period of darkness.



The 24 hours of fading eclipse afterwards, allows the grid to be gradually brought back on line and the increase in natural light then will encourage those "left behind" to begin gathering and dealing with what has happened.



Many of our team are to be lifted, including those not known to AH who have roles in this. These ones will all help during that 24 hours of "half light" after the 3 days are over, and many of them will be triggered into action in the preliminary 24 hours. Most of the ones brought up shortly after the darkness starts, will be returned a few hours before the end of the darkness.



Now, during the mini-stasis, the plant and animal life NEEDS the sun and the planet cannot be allowed to cool to much, so of course the eclipsing craft will be moved so the sun can shine. And then the craft moved back when the mini-stasis is over. With the two "half light" days, this makes a total of 5 days plus the mini-stasis.



As soon as it is visually obvious the sun is partly occluded, you in the know, go to work. Some of you may awaken even to news in the morning if this starts during your individual sleep cycles. This 1/2 "light" initial day also provides a powerful motive to some of the dark to clean up their act, but it mostly so ones can prepare as best they can. It will make the shock and awe LESS.



Plan now accordingly and simply LIVE until the time happens. These 3 days are generally done on any planet where possible in the seasons of fall and spring, or the approaching of those times, so the planetary people do not have to deal with so much cold of winter months. Your southern hemisphere is beginning to warm, generally speaking. And the food is near harvest, in the north. Man will be busy with harvest as appropriate after this is over.

Dear Children on Earth who avoid the divine path through UNIFORM THINKING,



Have you ever contemplated the degree to which your thoughts are original or divinely inspired, with yourself as the acting channel for information triggered by sacred catalyst? Are the words “DIVINE” or “SACRED” even part of your vocabulary? Does your chosen mode of expression reflect a culture which has been rationalised, levelled off, sexualised and reduced to the mundane, or does it reflect the aspirations of a spiritually awakening society searching for ways to increase the positive vibrations for humankind?



Are you aware that your choice of words and concepts influence the path taken by your planet? Are you aware that the soul of your planet PERSONALLY FEELS every nuance you lend to your chosen expressions, defamations, curses, explosions of anger? Are you aware that she is soothed by every loving word, every gentle act of consideration, gratitude or love?



Know that you are JOINTLY influencing the collective mind and the collective path AND YOUR COLLECTIVE FATE. It is of utmost importance that you fully understand YOUR ROLE, however small that may be in your eyes, however insignificant that may appear in comparison with the Earth, with your solar system or the universes which lie beyond.



When you look at the star-studded sky in wonder, sending benevolent thoughts into the GREAT BEYOND, as you like to call it, you are personally connecting with all you can see AND WITH ALL YOU CANNOT SEE, for it is there anyway, even though beyond your physical viewing capabilities. Similarly, there are other areas in which the limitations of your senses and perception prevent you from having a comprehensive overview of THE WHOLE PICTURE. With sincere desire to connect with the cosmic mind, and with concentrated effort and insight, you may perceive more.



As your life evolves, you will notice that it runs in seemingly unrelated episodes and stages, but if you take time to reflect upon these windings and reversals and upheavals which appear to contradict each other, you will find the THIN GOLDEN THREAD WHICH CONNECTS THEM ALL TOGETHER, and thus they will not be a haphazard series of disparate acts but a STRING OF GLEAMING PEARLS FORMING THE PERFECT NECKLACE. We ask you: WHAT IS THE NEXT PEARL ON THE STRING (and what is the next “pearl” you will utter), for although the next phase in this physical environment will seem preposterous and momentous and tragic for some, IT WILL ALSO FIT PERFECTLY INTO YOUR LIFE STORY.



UNIFORM THINKING leads to a dull, regulated, uninspired, monotonous daily life. Many of you like to “fit in” or be “accepted”, and thus you conform to “fashion”, to expectations, to peer or group pressure. Much of this is done due to fear of being criticised as someone who is different, and someone who begs ridicule. Introducing certain uniform ways of thinking allows power over the mind for purposes of control. CARRIED OUT OVER CENTURIES, this can reduce a body of great, inspired, creative and enthusiastic thinkers to an ARMY OF AUTOMATONS.



This is what many strata of society –whether privileged or underprivileged – HAVE ALREADY BECOME. You have become well behaved and have followed the leaders who have appeared so conveniently in front of your noses. You wear the fashions designed for you, and propaganda via the media has ensured that you THINK THE THOUGHS WHICH HAVE BEEN CREATED FOR YOU TO THINK, and you act in ways WHICH HAVE BEEN INVENTED SPECIFICALLY TO KEEP YOU UNDER CONTROL. Your politics, your reporters and many of your religious rules have provided a strong framework for the exercise of this control.



And we say FREE YOURSELVES OF THIS UNIFORMITY WHICH HAS BEEN IMPOSED UPON YOU AND WHICH YOU HAVE ACCEPTED LIKE CATTLE AWAITING SLAUGHTER. CEASE UTTERANCE OF CURSES AND FALSE HELLS AND RETURN TO A LANGUAGE OF SACREDNESS, PLACING YOUR HANDS ON YOUR HEARTS AS YOU DO SO, SIMULTANEOUSLY SENDING LOVE INTO THE WORLD. DISCOVER THE GOLDEN THREAD IN ALL THINGS AND PREPARE YOURSELVES FOR THE NEXT GREAT EVOLUTIONARY PHASE ON THIS EARTHLY JOURNEY, WHICH ITSELF IS ONE OF MANY PEARLS ON THE NECKLACE OF YOUR SPIRITUAL JOURNEY.

ACCOUNTABILITY
We are the consciousness known as the Hathors. As we come to you this day we wish you greetings and good tidings upon all.

How is it that so many humans are able to live with themselves? There is such destruction of so much that lives in your realm. Much of that which has been seeded in service to humanity is constantly abused, corrupted, maimed or worse. We look upon this with great sorrow. Yet there is a profound teaching here for you ones upon earth.

And that is that looking the other way while others are involved in such atrocities does not mean you bear no responsibility for all that has occurred.

There are two important aspects to functioning and progressing within earth’s duality. The actions and reactions of the individual. And the actions and reactions of the collective.

Now being part of the collective means everyone gets to both enjoy the fruits of their labour and bear the burdens collectively. To explain this more simply here’s one typical example of many in your recent history. The reaction to the American 9-11 attacks were a collective test for humanity, but in particular, for the people of the United States.

The choices collectively for the majority in that country were either to believe the lies put out by the media about the ‘terror attacks’ or rise questioningly beyond this in a revolt, of sorts, against the controlling elite, which would create a wave of awakening amongst the masses. And subsequently a unified force field amongst humanity. Allowing the plan for Light to flow earlier and easier.

Although a minority did see through this event and acknowledged the truth of such, collectively the choice was made by the majority of humanity to passively accept the lies posing as truth.

This was another measure by the dark elite to counter incoming light and set the US citizens, and indeed the rest of the world into that selfsame state of terror and fear.

The collective reaction to these attacks brought about a different timeline. One that would delay the Light’s arrival further. And so this has since allowed for further manipulations of nations, economies, politics and greater control of the peoples of the world (even if these are cloaked in apparent freedoms). This has been the choice of the collective. And the lessons in collectively empowering a people have continued. For, unpleasant though it may be, this is how you learn.

Now, on a personal level. While there may be some amongst you who do rise to the challenge, who bear responsibility for their lives and question how they can expand themselves further, these ones are still in the minority. Even amongst those who call themselves Lightworkers.

It is heartening to see the diligence with which these ones apply themselves to the task at hand. They are indeed a light unto the world and are the teachers of your realm. For individually these ones have chosen to react to their lives in the manner most sought-after by their higher selves.

This is the individual reaction that allows for the ultimate forgiveness of that which occurs in the life and ultimately, the love and acceptance of the self. When coupled with a desire to be of service to others, this reaction can only be one that allows for and opens the choice (or lifeline/timeline) to reach and live the soul’s highest potential.

This is indeed beauty for us to behold, seen from our perspective. And it is our great privilege and grandest desire to see as many as is possible choosing this path.

There is an enormous amount of energetic turmoil at this time. Necessarily so. For it is forcing ones to consciously decide their own fates as never before on earth. Even in these last and final moments of the dying old earth.

Impetus is required to keep things going in all areas of existence at all times. There must be reasons for an occurrence of both a problem and a solution. Nothing occurs randomly. And there is always a push and a pull to allow for such.

We see there are many amongst you who feel let down at this time. Looking for someone or something to blame will be to no avail, beloved people, for are not all things of our own creation for our learning and advancement?

And while some of you may believe you are victims to ‘bad luck’ or ‘misfortune’ or the global recession, these are, in fact your own creations. Whether at the collective or personal level of creation.

Accountability is a great teaching for those in duality. And we are here to help with the recognition of such. But we cannot do for you, choose for you or ‘see’ for you.

Remember, there are none so blind as those who cannot (or will not) see.

May you be inspired to make choices that are of the way of the highest light. We are ever on standby for your call for help with this.

Dear Beloved Ascending Human,

Much has been written of the emotional process of ascension. Little on the other hand has been written about the biological alterations that accompany the emotional changes. Why? Well for one, Mila and Oa do not relate so heavily to biological changes as much as the emotional responses to their world. They have no background as a doctor or in medical studies, and therefore transcribing detailed biological information is not their forte. There is another reason however, and this involves the desire of the earth mother to protect the ascension knowledge so that it is not misused by science at this time in history.

Science has misused ascension knowledge before, and this is how a manufactured slave race came to be. Earth hopes rather that humanity will ascend beyond the need to manipulate her or any species upon earth, and move back to the state of full consciousness that was once the ancestral inheritance of the original red seeded race. Therefore the focus upon the biological alterations will always be minimal in Mila and Oa's materials. However, as one tunes into one's own form, and the body angels that govern the process of genetic encoding, one may receive a detailed account of the current process of ascension down to the physicality of the form. As humans awaken to their own ability to tune inward to the inner planes of reality, there is no need for another to explain anything. All knowledge will flow, as one needs to know it from within.

Today however we would like to explain the changes to the cells that are within the human form known as viruses, and several emerging hormonal systems and transport systems that support a regenerative crystalline structure. This will be an overview, and understand that all ascending forms will develop each system to the degree that there is room inside of the physical structure. Room? Is there not enough room in the inn, one may wonder? In reality, one's ancient ancestors not only had a 10 foot height in structure, but an enlarged cranial cavity roughly 8 times larger than the present day human skull. To fit all glands, some of which were the size of a banana, into the space of a peanut is not possible.

At best ascension can bring forth a semblance of the original biochemical system, and grow the glands to the degree that there is space. Some glands have had to be forfeited altogether until the alterations coming forth through newborn children allow for a larger head. Into the future, delivering a child via the current process of birth may become increasingly difficult with such large heads. What then? There will be alterations to the pelvic cavity and cervix to accommodate the increased requirement to "stretch" to give birth.

There are new glands that accompany almost every organ within an ascending system. We will define these new systems and initiates can cross check their own biology for a complete formation of each to assure that one is not having a physical problem with one's ascent. The lack of formation of one gland or organ can lead to disease in such a region, or the malfunction of a particular set of hormones that throws the entire system of regeneration out of balance leading to cancer or other complications. We bring this to consciousness now so that ascending map carvers will avoid this pitfall through self-monitoring of one's own ascent. A blockage in any given area is related to a particular thought-form that one is wishing to avoid, or in other terms, has schismed over in one's ascent. As one understands that a portion of the biology is not ascending, one can redirect one's attention to searching out the underlying cause.

I AM Metatron come to you this evening. We feel you are ready to start taking messages again to be shared. Are you prepared to take one now?

[There was a bunch of personal stuff first for me, then comments about many now who are to have transformations and awakenings…to themselves, their lives and/or their missions.]

As you know, you are about to have the three upcoming Days of Darkness. During this time, many of you, particularly of AH, will be taken to ship for instruction and training. This will be followed by a debriefing. Once you have understood your roles, there will be a splitting off into groups. There is to be very much a hierarchical structure in place for ease of operation during this period. And we will be with you every step of the way – both Celestials and Star fleet crews. No one will will feel out of his/her depth.

When everyone has organized themselves into the group they will be reporting to, we will have a series of special events occurring. These will constitute some flyover and public announcements, after which there will be more direct introductions to the people of earth.At the same time as the re-education begins, there will be the distribution of foodstuffs, adjustments made to certain of the manufacturing sectors on your world (the ones that are necessary to have functioning during this period) and there will be many amongst you prepared ones, who will come forward now into the general public with their own stories to share for the easing of tensions amongst your people. In many respects this period will be a turning point in the history of your world. It is a time that will be seen as a lifeline for many. And many will make their crucial decision as regards their future, at the last minute in this period, in fact.

A portion of those here beyond the 3DD, it is seen, will begin an uprising, in order to try and topple this operation – what they believe and see to be an invasion. And they will organize themselves. But they will soon be seen for what they are. Amongst these will be those who’s dogmatic beliefs will be more powerful than their abilities to change or open their mind sufficiently to look at alternatives.

SK: Why will they remain then?

Because they must be given an opportunity to express themselves. And we see only perhaps a third or a little more of the post-3DD folks will be returning to earth after the major stasis. Now, there are other tasks you ones will be performing, in addition to sharing your personal stories with the public. Many of you will be escorting people on to craft, where you will be showing them our wondrous technologies, living quarters and our customs/ways of doing things. All this is designed to ease the people’s spirits, relax them and help to promote a relationship of trust between us. As escorts, much trust and faith will be placed in you initially, by the people.

It is imperative, therefore, that you keep and maintain your inner balance at all times. And listen to your guidance within at every juncture and you will know just how to handle a person or situation.

Now the fun part. There will be some of you, quite a few, who will enjoy staying on craft during this period. This will be the ‘cherry on the cake’ for you ones. And we will delight in watching your delight at all you are to discover. The idea of this gift and privilege is that you then return to your people, reporting on the experiences had, adding further to the peace of mind of the populace.


We think this is enough for tonight. We know how hard this has been for you and we thank you. It is encouraging to see this shift. And we hope there will be many more messages taken again by you now.

Good evening beloved friend. It is I, Monjoronson, come to you this evening.


Let us begin with an understanding. There are many amongst you who have been given opportunities to be of greater service to your fellow man. Some have grasped these with open arms and an open heart; many others have struggled to do so. Not because you haven’t wished to do so, but for reasons related to your own sense of self. And your own judgements of what you believe to be ‘acceptable’ or ‘unnacceptable’ service to others.

Service to others is nothing more or less than service to the self: when you are at a place of deep compassion for your own self first (that is born of a love for self) you are in a place where your service to others becomes that much more profound.

Now, let us look at one of the many examples of this. We see a young boy who has just learned how to cross the road. He is most proud of his ability and proceeds, putting all the road rules he has learned at the forefront of his mind that he might act upon them. What he doesn’t know or realize is that behind him and quite accidentally, is someone pushing him at just the wrong moment.

Quickly, all he’s been taught go out the window, so to speak. He is now in self-preservation mode to protect himself from oncoming traffic. The next step now is to extricate himself from potential danger as quickly as possible. Once this is achieved, he is able to return to perfecting his practice of crossing that big, busy road. This time with extra awareness and added lightning-fast reflexes.

Many of you are at the point of learning how to cross the road in an entirely new manner. One, where you both have all your wits about you, can plan ‘on your feet’ so to speak for an emergency, and at the same time are able to offer assistance to others crossing also.
While it might appear as something of a balancing act and somewhat precarious even, this also becomes a personal initiation of sorts for those choosing this.

The time you are all to enter now is much like this road crossing experience for the little boy. Much that is unexpected and could be perceived as hazardous is to come to the fore. Your role will be to roll with what presents.

Always remembering to respond to everything from a state of balance within. You have long been taught the ‘hows’ of this. Now is the time for theories to be put to the test.

Many of you have no or little idea of who you really are. This has been for very good reason. You are about to be revealed to yourselves now. What you are to discover will leave some in awe and may take a little time to digest of the truth of this. This part of your unfoldment process has been well planned and perfectly timed. All set to coincide with the timing of the larger global and cosmic events.

For many of you that are choosing and have chosen roles at this important juncture in humanity’s future, it is to be a time of great fulfillment. And we cannot emphasise and stress enough that composure is key to the success of this next phase.

It is for you ones to be a joyful time in the realization of dreams, visions and that which you call fantasies. But it will also be a time of extremely hard work and much will be required of you in this final initiation and phase. Support will come in many forms, so the tasks to hand will feel far less daunting.

We believe this channel has exhausted her concentration and focus for this evening. And we would like to expand further on these thoughts at another time.

It is indeed a pleasure to have spoken with you once more and I look forward to more regular interaction with you.

I AM Monjoronson come to you this evening, once more. And I am of the Light. I wish to speak to you this evening further of the coming times.

There are those now who are being activated, as we speak. These are ones who have been preparing themselves unconsciously on your surface. And in alignment with their contracts made so long ago. Some will wake up smoothly and easily, while others will be subject to a spell of confusion and disorientation.When these ones seek you out, please do remember how rocky was the road for you when you first stepped on to it. For some it may take a little longer than others to ‘get with the programme’. Show these ones patience and understanding. They too have jobs to accomplish, when they have returned fully to themselves.

Now, the new order of things to manifest is to follow strictly to a programme of events. You have already read about some of this through Candace. What we are chiefly concerned with is finding ways to secure peoples’ attention. Here, we mean specifically beyond the 3DD and into the teaching period.

SK: But won’t Starfleet under CM’s command have taken over global media?

M: Oh yes, but that’s not all we need to have in place for the full focus of the people. This is to be their (either longer or shorter) moment of choice and decision-making. In order to have maximum impact, there needs to be further measures in place. And once you are all fully activated to who you are and why you are here on earth at this time, things are to be far clearer in all of your minds. Including the newly-awakened - who you shall nurture to the same state as yourselves.

Some of what you will be doing will involve group work. But this will be no ordinary group work. And many from other civilizations will be present at meetings that will be held continuously throughout the teaching time. Their input, you will find, will be highly valuable. It will serve, in many ways, as what you have already intuited – presenting ways forward that you as a valued member of your society can share with the many on your surface. Not to mention begin in implementing, where possible.
Some of these beings you personally shall recognize, while others you may not. These sessions will be very powerful as it is the coming together of those from numerous civilizations who – in various instances - have already gone through what you are to be going through on your world.
High councils pertaining to these cultures will be on hand at all times to trouble shoot with you, should it be needed.

Now, the next thing to note is the importance of the acts of discipline that each of you are expected to pay heed to each day. This will take the form of communing with the Divine within each of you and certain rituals we will ask you to observe.

Those that have been working with the AH meditation directives, will of course have a great foundation from which to continue on with this. But many from elsewhere would not have had this opportunity or support. And again, your initial energies will be much needed in bringing those under contract into fully awakened states, to the point where they are comfortable with operations and all that is required of them. Of course, this is over and above your work with the general population.

Then, there is also the question of money.
While many of you will be reliant on us for an income, there will still remain a small portion of people that will continue to earn an income in the previously-known manner. But everyone will be given duties to do – services rendered in exchange for the provisions we are to make available. There will be no ‘lounge lizards’. Unproductivity produces laziness which, in turn produces sluggishness of mind and spirit. And this is the last thing we want after all we are setting up for this period.

It will be the first time in a very long time that people will work - contributing to the benefit of all - and without the anxiety that the potential lack of resources or bill-paying produces.

We feel this is adequate for this evening.

When in Need, We are on Standby for You

This is Arch Angel Michael, Arch Angel of the Resurrection on your planet, in Service to CMAton of Nebadon.



Beloved Masters,



A while ago, this Beloved Scribe called upon me to help out with a particular Reiki matter, as CMAton had referred him to me. Hence the reason I knocked on his door with the Secure Circuit still open to address myself to all of you, My Dear AH - , CMAton of Nebadon's Second Coming Organisation, family.



As last warnings have been published and delivered in alignment with Cosmic Law, we are ready to proceed in a ' as controled as possible ' manner. This is not me standing in CMAton's shoes to announce when we start the ' end of the old and the beginning of the new ' , but rather me drawing your attention to the approaching dark hours in which many of your earthly Brothers and Sisters will ofcourse question what is going on. Especially coming out of that period will be quite mindboggling to some.



Besides the many explanations and updates you have received most recently, I prefer to let you know that also some of the most ardent Light Workers and Star seeds will have questions as to what or certain things going on. The barrage of powerful events might throw some of you for a loop and leave you fairly breathless, even if you thought of yourself as ' well - prepared ' . Not too much time or earthly cycles captured in your calenders might have passed, before you reach another milestone in your unremembered kind of life - experience, or another finishline, but each of complete different nature.



As a good preparation is half of the result already, so do I come to advise you to make DAILY CONNECTIONS with your Higher Self or Going Within or Meditating an absolute MUST in your schedule. Enough tools have been advised to help you in this.



As living as an example is highly reommended, please make an example of such activity, that has brought You balance and knowledge, Truth and understanding A PRIORITY. Your Self or Divine Immortal and Invisible Soul knows what needs to be done so use this as a means to show others who come to you for answers, that they too can find those Within, even in critical times.



Then also You shall fully understand the magnitude of KNOWING WHO YOU ARE and very little will move you away from your center. Going With The Flow is one way of seeing the River of Life More Abundant once this raft is water-born, but also the rapids along the way will have to be dealth with, with equal great strive.



This is my reason to address you : that when you find yourself in need of help while passing the water rapids in the upcoming decent, before we can ascend through other means, CALL UPON US, CALL UPON ME. Enough instruction will be shared, enough help will be available, but it is important to know that WE and the entire Fleet take your call for help not lightly. Due to the fact that others may call upon you while you yourself might not feel too strong or too sure, YOU HAVE TO KNOW WE WILL BE ON STANDBY FOR ALL OF YOU.



Everybody involved in the period after the 3 DD's will quickly feel the Instructions Guiding you very well, but as you on the ground deal with life situations, as they usually come like rapids = strong and unexpected, we will throw you a lifeline if you request. This CMAton operation embraces the cooperation of so many beings involved and ALL do account for being supported when in need. Service to Others = Service to Somebody their needs, including yours.



Now, since we are at work with great anticipation of what is to come, let us assure you that many of you are not called Masters for no apparent reason. Many of you have been through all of this before. This should take away anxiety as you can Trust in the painstakenly preparations and revisions under the auspices of our Christ Michael of Nebadon. As some further pockets of high resistance are being dealth with forthright, ' the moment of Truth ' is on the table. The dark are seeing this as a chopping block, We see this as a breading ground for a society that will not be going in that direction again. The well known saying : '' The Truth shall set you free. '' has never been more fitting then NOW, and NOW in this regard will only be defined by the moment ' the sun went dark ' , as alternative or last resort.



Stand tall, Our Light Warriors, even when you find yourself in different and difficult circumstances as Your Light will always show you the way or show us how to be best of help. We stand by you.

Dearest Children of Light in Earth who are unaware of the DIVINE MAKEOVER:


You have been asked and prodded on many occasions to look at yourselves in a critical manner and regard your behaviour FROM A LARGER PERSPECTIVE in order to gain knowledge about WHERE YOU HAVE COLLECTIVELY GONE WRONG. We know that there are those among you with more than high tolerance levels who will immediately pounce on the word WRONG and pronounce that there are no wrongs and rights. In a way, you are correct, as there is ONLY PROGRESS AND LEARNING whether the steps you actually take move you forwards or backwards.


In another sense, those with EYES WIDE OPEN can see that the way you conduct yourselves on this planet is wrong in the sense of NOT WORKING. THE PLANET CANNOT SUPPORT EVER-INCREASING NUMBERS OF PEOPLE WHOSE GREATEST DESIRE IS SELF-GRATIFICATION, ENTERTAINMENT AND ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY AND WEALTH AT THE EXPENSE OF EVERYONE ELSE AND AT THE EXPENSE OF GAIA HERSELF.


The debris you leave behind – mental, physical, verbal, emotional – LITTERS EVERY FACET OF YOUR ENVIRONMENT. To sit safely in small clean homes serving only self or restricted to family, ignoring events outside your local, national and global doors is no longer an option. Putting up a shield of defence in face of all the negative self-produced energy is no longer an option. And because of this lack of sensitivity and responsibility has been continuing for millennia, the heaps of debris are rising and CANNOT BE OVERLOOKED.


It will not be possible, dark brothers, to cordon yourselves off. It will not be possible, innocent bystanders, to declare that you have no part in this matter. It will not be possible, secret-keepers, to hold the lid on your secrets any longer. The time of ULTIMATE EXPOSURE AND ULTIMATE LIGHT IS NEARLY UPON YOU. This will be a time of major recognition FOR ALL ON EARTH, and also a major learning process for all observers. You will learn to celebrate the RETURN OF SACREDNESS into your lives.


It will no longer be possible for your magazines to report upon the excesses and hedonistic lifestyles of the celebrities selected to enthral you and KEEP YOU SMALL. YOU ARE THE CELEBRITIES NOW, THE ONES WHO WILL RECOGNISE THEIR PART AND CRY AND MOVE ON TO GREATER THINGS. You will learn that you were prisoners. You will learn that you were content to be prisoners, swallowing the entertainment and propaganda presented, obeying the rules concocted.


This will cause great pain, but it will also SHARPEN YOUR MINDS AS NEVER BEFORE. YOU WILL CUT THROUGH DISHONESTY. YOU WILL QUESTION TIRELESSLY UNTIL ALL IS EXPOSED. This will involve GREAT DISCOVERY and GREAT ADVENTURE. Never before will your lives have been so intense, so searching, so devastating, and so JOYFUL. You will REJOICE UNENDINGLY THAT THE SPIRITUAL HIERACHY YOU REFER TO AS GOD AND HEAVEN HAVE REVEALED THEMSELVES AT LAST TO YOU. You will fall on your knees in gratitude that the dark days are over. You will reconcile yourselves to present losses (for many will depart for their next life experience elsewhere) and see new opportunities and contacts wherever you look. Instead of living in a mundane and stressful manner, you will discover the joy of LIVING FOR A PURPOSE, in discovering your divine vocation. This morning CMAton advised me on the directive for Sundays Meditation for our Readers. Meditation / Visualization / Co-Creation as He calls it, September 9th, 2012. As the time to move on is around the corner, He asks us to focus on something in the very near future already :

That as Meditators, Light Workers, Star Seeds, Caring People, we send all our Divine Love and Light towards those who are staying with Mother Earth after the 3 DD's, so they may accept THE TRUTH and THE LIGHT for what it is : THE TRUTH. That they may invite, accept and embrace CMAton's Spirit of Truth to dwell in their Hearts and Minds by simple HUNGER TO KNOW THE TRUTH.

CMAton considers this now a very important POINT OF FOCUS for us LIGHT WARRIORS / LIGHT WORKERS / STAR SEEDS / FAMILY OF THE LIGHT. Although TEACHINGS are planned, the degree of ACCEPTING AND DIGESTING things completely opposite of what they knew or have been given so far or shocking to most, might find resistance and disbelief at first.

To soften their hearts and minds and see the NEW FUTURE this beautiful Planet has chosen and NEEDS to go now inevitably, with all inconveniences included, WE are asked to see us UNITED, accepting the Divine Light from Papa/Creator Source through CMAton and our Higher Selves and sending this like WAVE after WAVE to ALL THOSE WHO ARE STILL ON EARTH AFTER THE 3 DD'S.

I hope you enjoy the Silent and Reflective Time.



PS: by Candace, spend all the time you can not only on the above and not only on Sunday. It is going to be TOUGH after the 3DD's, and you need to work on the inner alignment. It will be necessary. It does not take deep meditation for inner alignment with the Father, it takes listening to the intuitions most of you have always had. You will NOT have time to go meditate in many situations, you will need to act immediately and thus you must be willing to sense your intuition. Intuition IS messaging from your Higher Self.

Message 108: RENOVATION OF YOUR WORLD AND YOURSELF: YOUR CHOSEN DEGREE OF CHANGE AGAINST THE DIVINE BACKDROP

Rosie: Dearest Seraphin; I have spent the last month renovating an old house, in the course of which I collected these questions, all of which have been very relevant to the process. Here they are:



Whether renovating a house (OR YOURSELF, OR THE PLANET) what is your priority?

Beauty, efficiency, functionability, quality, service, or a mixture of these?



THE CHOSEN DEGREE AND PACE OF CHANGE

Are the changes you make cosmetic or radical?

What do you chose to modify or destroy?

How much of the old do you cover up, leave standing, or leave visible?

How quickly do you throw something away?

How often does indecision hamper progress?

Do you retain an overall perspective or lose yourself in detail?



DEALING WITH PROBLEMS

What do you do with the discoveries you make in the course of chipping at an old wall?

Do you say “Oh that hole must be the old chimney” (OR “OH, THAT WOUND MUST BE FROM MY CHILDHOOD) and cement it up again, or do you have an idea to transform it?

Do you restyle the hole to make an alcove or altar (OR A VALUED LEARNING PROCESS) or do you fill it up without thinking?

If you discover mice in the walls (OR GNAWING PAINS IN THE SUBCONSCIOUS), do you address the problem?

Do you consciously preserve that which you perceive to be strong, solid and supportive?

Do you hold on to flimsy whimsical structures (OR FLIMSY RELATIONSHIPS), despite your knowledge that they are soon destined to crumble?



WORKING TOGETHER

Are you doing this for yourself or others?

Is this a co-creative effort or one person’s project carried out by minions?

How easily are you guided by the opinions of another?

How often do you allow experts in their field to state their view?

How quickly do you recognise your own limits and ask for help?

How often do you follow your intuition or vision implicitly?

How quickly do you back down from your ideals?

Is this due to practical common sense or desire to please another?

How often do you abdicate responsibility to others and return to find that mistakes have been made which could have been avoided if you had shown more active participation?

Do you work with nature, respecting natural forms or rhythms?

Do you respect harmony with the location or surroundings?





ATTITUDE TO THE PAST

How much of the old do you leave to document “history”?

What do you choose to repair or replace?

Do you keep the form and change the colour?

Do you change the form and keep the colour?

Do you throw away the rot or retain it because it is a piece of history?

Do you move something from its traditional position for better effect?

Do you remove things which look impressively authentic but which – if you look more closely – are actually a fake?

Do you replace lost pieces with new ones which harmonise or which break with tradition?



Have you anything to say to this, Seraphin?



Seraphin: Yes. It is all very well to renovate, but if the finished product does not have some definite purpose or application, it may be wasted time. OR NOT, IF THIS EPISODE HAS SERVED TO SHOW THE PERSON RENOVATING THAT THEY HAVE BEEN WASTING TIME. THIS MEANS THAT THEY WILL FROM THAT TIME ON PROCEED WITH MORE AWARENESS AND MORE PURPOSE. So in fact all steps serve the purpose of forward progress.



Another question is: WHY ARE RENOVATIONS NECESSARY? Often enough, this is due to a lack of quality - to material suffering over the years. In a relationship, this may be deteriorating quality due to lack of consistent effort in the long-term. Then an ELEMENT OF NEWNESS can be very beneficial: re-examining the cracks in communication, for example, before the building collapses. Wall repairs and structural repairs take priority over smaller issues, so the lesson in that is TACKLE THE BIG ISSUES FIRST.



You know yourself, from designing your paintings, that you have to decide the colour of the BIGGEST PIECE OF SURFACE AREA FIRST, and decide on the overall division of the canvas FIRST, before delving into detail, IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE SIGHT OF THE OVERALL IMPRESSION YOU WISH TO CONVEY. To do so would be LOSING THE POSSIBILITY OF GREAT CONTRAST. ALWAYS BE AWARE OF THE INTENSE COLOUR OF THE BACKDROP, just as always be aware of the DIVINE BACKDROP, which is the framework within which you are working, which is the framework in which you work on your relationships. NEVER LET THE DIVINE BACKDROP OUT OF YOUR SIGHT, IRRESPECTIVE OF YOUR ACTIVITIES, for it is always there and it has always been there, despite the inability of your particular civilisation to recognise it in its entirety.



Little by little, this backdrop (an organised cosmos under a spiritual hierarchy) has been coming to the foreground. Just like the realisation that the earth revolves round the sun, which encountered great resistance in its day, a further greater realisation is already at hand. As in previous times, it is greeted with ridicule. Allowing new concepts into your mind for CAREFUL AND WEIGHED PERUSAL IS OF PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE in this entirely new segment of your history.



This “renovating” of thoughts will be a radical procedure, like walking through the ruins of an old building which was not renovated in time, which has been neglected for years so that it is unrecognisable due to rampant undergrowth which has taken root in every crack. In some cases, the foundations may be sound and usable. In others, the only way may be complete DESTRUCTION.



This will be different for every person, but everyone will have to make choices and decisions about how to rebuild their lives. We plead with you to start this NOW. Direct your lives COMPASSED BY THE DIVINE, which means – as we said in a previous message already – to BRING SACREDNESS AND RESPECT FOR ALL BACK INTO YOUR LIVES. We love you all, Seraphin.

Tolerance

SK: Krishnamurti, are you available to chat?

K: It is I, yes Jiddu Krishnamurti, come to you after this very long absence. I am most delighted that you have called upon me. And I am most honoured to be able to bring forward a topic for contemplation once again.

I ask him to ID himself.

K:It is I, Krishnamurti, the ‘guru’ who likes no followers *laughs*. And I most certainly am from the Light.

SK: I’ve always known and felt you as very serious and intense, so I’m kind of happily surprised to hear you joke.

K: Do not underestimate the power of humour in both our realm and yours. And I have grown myself further since we last communicated and passed through some obstacles in my own expression.

Now, what is most pertinent to speak about this day? I feel it to be the subject of ‘tolerance’.
When we speak of tolerance, what comes to mind? Tolerance is not something that can be pushed or forced into existence. It is something that either lives within you or it doesn’t. How is it then that we become intolerant, in the first place? Many influences in the life make this so. Perhaps the most important being a conditioned, non-acceptance of our own behaviour.

In this non-acceptance of ourselves, we tend to then project all of our own unhealed thoughts and patterns onto those around us. Your psychologists call this ‘projection’. And intolerance is just one quality of our own creations as human beings that we do not take ownership of.

Living a responsible life requires living a responsible inner life first. And there is much to be said for becoming comfortable with the mind, its workings and the impact it has on us first.

Like many states, tolerance is not something you can retrain or reprogramme your mind with. Because, firstly, the mind thinks. And being intolerant has everything to do with how you feel. It lives within the core of your ego-identified self. And, if left to its own devices, it has no intention of departing from that comfort zone.

Now let us give you an example of this. Say an elderly gentleman is walking on a crowded sidewalk. Being elderly, he is walking at a slow pace. Also to carefully avoid the dips or rises on the sidewalk that might put him off balance and cause a fall. But many walking towards him or behind him are much younger and sure-footed. They have no time nor inclination to slow their walking speed down. They ‘tsk’ impatiently or mutter their distaste under their breath to express their intolerance at perhaps being forced to slow down or walk around the elderly gentleman on approaching him.

But he is of no mind to deal with this and rightly perceives these reactions as the problems of others. Yet, in the minds and actions of those passer-bys, the elderly gentleman is most certainly the one they blame for momentarily slowing down their pace. This is a case of classic intolerance.

And what does it show or tell us in the human experience? Merely that we have not evolved beyond the ability to perceive our responses to life/others as our own creations.



Of course there are many times where we do and must set boundaries within our living conditions with others. Here I mean that boundary-setting in interaction with others is a necessary form of healthy self-protection which many neglect to do due to their own bad feelings about themselves.



And while tolerance for others and boundary-setting with others might appear differently, they are both rooted in a sense of unworthiness and unacceptance within. Although seemingly different in their manifestations.

In fact, your world has become so intolerant toward others in so very many ways that it has conditioned you to the point where you have pre-conceived (mostly negative) notions about anything or anyone that you perceive to be a ‘minority’ expression.



And while the elderly gentleman in the above example might not be part of a minority group at all, some of your mostly-western societies perceive it this way. Mostly because your programmed intolerance has made sure these elderly ones are seen and heard very little of.



To make it easier on yourselves, you shut them away indoors or in homes for the aged like some disease that is too painful to confront. Yet this doesn’t alter the general intolerance toward this sector of your population.

How did intolerance grow to such strength in your society? Largely by encouraging the ‘me’ factor in the living. When you live in conditions which accept selfishness and self-centredness as almost a virtue in certain societies, anything and everything outside of this model becomes something to be rejected.



And a place where people feel justified in feeling their feelings of intolerance. Towards others, at situations which arise in the life, but mostly toward our own selves. Tolerance, as we first said, is primarily a state of non-acceptance of the self. How do we set about changing this, should we desire to do so?

Everything meaningful in the life requires work and effort to change. In addition to the tactics of the ego which would encourage this state of intolerance if it is to the benefit of the personality to do so, you are also given the knowledge to rise above this, bringing yourselves back into balance.

Begin with awareness of yourself in action. Watch the way you respond to situations and people. Become familiar with the patterns you see emerging regularly from within. Note the ones amongst these that are destructive in nature; those ones that trigger negative emotional states.

Whatever you seek to bring more of into the life and expression, dwelling on its opposite will serve well as an awareness exercise. Then you are in a position to own your creations more fully and release that (intolerance) which no longer serves. These are some small steps to becoming comfortable and recognizing your particular dance with yourself.

I do hope you will not leave it too long again until our next communiqué. I have so enjoyed this time together and hope it has been fruitful. Thank you for your service.

A WORLD WITHIN A WORLD

I’ve been wondering about material practicalities and what to take with me when the time comes to make a quick escape by car from my valley on the coast or am guided to one of Star Fleet’s beams. Then I started thinking about what they have on board…




This is what I heard from someone by the name of Tara of the New Jerusalem ship. We have not (consciously) chatted before, but she says we have in other/dreamtime. She refers to herself only as an ‘on-board facilitator’.




TARA: You will be permitted to take one item of luggage or bag. If it goes through the beam, good and well. If not, you will have to leave it behind.

Athough, once on board, none of your material possessions will be necessary as we have the technology to recreate your own homes and the things that gave you the illusion of comfort and security. We do this for your own well-being and for your initial adaptation to our surrounds.


SK: What about our own personal clothing?




T: You may bring your own clothing, but you will far prefer to wear our own, which we will provide for you. Each will be provided a garment/s that will fit and reflect his/her station. This means according to what you have accomplished spiritually thus far in your lives, so you are given the appropriate garb to wear which reflects these accomplishments. This then informs others and helps them to more easily identify you and your place, so to speak.




The garments feel alive on the skin and radiate Light and Love, meaning your entire being will feel resonant in them, providing a sense of comfort and well-being, as with all else you experience here.




Please understand this is not a question of judgement of you by us in any way, nonetheless there is a hierarchy and protocols that are most definitely observed here also, as on your world.




Remember, many of the mother ships are absolutely enormous and are worlds in themselves. As is ours.




SK: Talk to me please about our domestic pets.




T: Do not fear or have worries about your four cats. As has been mentioned many times to you previously by numerous beings, they will be safe. And you have been told specifically how you and they will assisted.


Pets will be taken to a specific place on board where they will be cared for. You are free to visit them anytime you like, and to spend as much time with them as you deem fit.




SK: Can we take them around with us and have them close to us, as in our surface homes?




T: It is preferred that the different species (pets and humans) stay separately so that a co-dependant relationship cannot develop. We see this as unhealthy in the development of both. But in emergency situations we do and will make such interaction available for mutual benefit.




There are beings who’s choice of service and work is to interact with the animals constantly, and that is different. Of course, we know this is very different than the approach you take with your animals on your world.


SK: Because of what I’ve been experiencing since the end of May (will elaborate on this in an upcoming personal piece in ‘Diary of A Crazed Ascensionist' category), I recently asked someone from the Inner Earth I was chatting to about celebrating through dancing and music-making. Can you elaborate on the type of music you listen and dance to, and is it that different from the IE?




T: Our music is composed and selected, as you were told by your IE contact, especially for the purpose of feeding the body and soul a particular frequency. In accordance with our objective and the mood we are trying to achieve on a musical occasion, so we employ different focuses musically to enhance the experience. Through dancing, we then ground this into our physical bodies, whether its a light and elevated, earthy or energized mood we’re celebrating.



We utilize the power of sound in its entirety to unite with our God Selves and each other. Creating and experiencing this is vastly different from how you enjoy music on the surface of Earth. We have room only for the harmonious tones, rather than any inharmonious ones, as these are not beneficial.




The Inner Earth have based their music largely on our models. With a little modification here and there to suit their specific circumstances, but essentially it is the same.




Everything we have and do is designed to raise our frequencies and vibration. This way we are constantly enhancing our harmony within, in order to perform that much greater a service to our brethren. In whichever capacity we so choose to do it.




SK: Anything else you’d like to add?




T: Those of your loved ones that will be accompanying you on the journey going forward with the Earth Mother will be quickly and easily able to be located in your new environments. We would like to put your hearts and minds at rest on this one. As we see this as a chief source of concern for those who are taking this route.




SK: I have a lot more questions in mind(I’m often teased about being the Interrogator), but will give you a break for now. ;-)
