anyone ever use zoloft(or like drug) to treat a social anxiety disorder?

Nope. Xanax was my drug of choice. Too much makes me sleepy though.

Took it once while my son was in the NICU they were very persistent.

Hated it, felt like was just swimming through life. I will never touch a depression drug again. Ever.

Or should I say antidepressant

im on celexa and klonopin and they help. i wish i started them much earlier, when people thought i was unfriendly instead of paralyzed by fear of social interaction

I took Zoloft for about 4 months then ran out of prescriptions and never went back. After everything I've read, I'm so glad I didn't get more.

Your social anxiety can be fixed without drugs.

You should work out, watch what you eat and focus on a goal. That'll be a lot better than a drug.
