State Prison accidentally released my stalker early and didn't notify me...
Our criminal justice system is a joke.

He wasn't supposed to come up for at least 8 years on his 22 year sentence.

He only spent 4 years.

Not only that, he was on the street before they bothered to mention it to me.

Re: State Prison accidentally released my stalker early and didn't notify me...
This kind of thing is far more common than most would think!

I have seen it happen to many, including myself...

Point is, one must be proactive for their own safety and health, no one will do it for you, and when and if, they drop the 'ball' you are still covered.

Stay safe and be extra careful, not allowing yourself to be distracted.

Those kinds are generally a bit obsessive and rarely change in jail.

Yes, it is ridiculous.

I had called two days before this happened to check on him and they tell me all is well.

THIS

That is it exactly. They get fed funds the more non violent pot smokers they arrest.

Unfortunately, they don't get jack for rapists and murderers.

Why, to piss him off more? So they can let him go again?

It came out in the paper the day they released him, so the newspaper knew it was going to happen.

If the newspaper knew, surely, Hobbs knew. So, why go ahead with it?

Release non violent offenders all day long, but why let a violent offender go?

Wonder how long it will take them to catch him this time?

 Quoting: Mister Obvious

He was served an Order of Protection to stay away from my residence.

He busted down my door, broke every window, patio door, every cabinet in the house. He wrote on the walls. He stole my car. I couldn't live there, so I had to sell quickly. He slit my tires four different times at my job and almost got me fired because they were afraid of him.

He left threatening messages on my and my family members phones threatening my life.

He followed me, chased me.

When they found him, he had a blow torch, bolt cutters, duct tape and a twelve inch cerated knife. When they asked him what he intended to do with them, he said use them on me.

Super nice guy.

Working on it. Now I have to worry about him following me when I move. I only needed a week, one week and it would have been much harder for him to find me.

Picking up a wig tomorrow.
