The shocker would have been if there wasn't a big jump. The real telling stats won't come until early next year when we get the final brick-n-mortar retail numbers. US banks are not as exposed to PIIGS as the eterna-bears keep ranting about. Dollar will strengthen again We need to get housing under control..a good QE-based knockout punch there will send markets to Jupiter. Jobs are another story. The problem is the easy jobs are gone. Technology is also crushing demand for certain jobs and most of the American people are too lazy to evolve. That means most of the 4+ million job openings out there will continue to be unfilled. |
