I officially gave up on 'warning' anyone. People don't want the Truth..they want a lie.They mostly think the american dream is still thriving and all is well. No more warnings.

OP, let it be. I think it all boils down to what a person's reality is. One person might be making 25 grand a year and has struggled....has to watch every dime and can see what's coming. Another person has never worried about their job, makes 50 grand but has racked up credit card debt buying things to make themselves feel better. Another person is older and makes more money but saw this sh*t storm coming and is competely awake; staying out of debt but has a spouse totally in denial...and so on. So many people with different life experiences. Don't try to explain anymore...we're at a point where--when TSHTF, they will have to find out for themselves and learn the hard way.
You did your part. I have an older brother who is a Beck tard...he was constantly sending our younger sister e-mails with articles and she got ticked off...told me and asked him to knock it off. I told her (just once) that he means well, our country is going to collapse and she should prepare. She never brought it up again and I never did either...but I bet I gave her pause with what I said. All you have to do is plant the seed...you don't have to show video tapes. If anyone really has a brain they know what is coming--christian or not. We all breathe the same air. Our country is broke...we've reached the point of no return and all people see on tv is a dog and pony show to kick the can down the road and distract us until the end-game. Sometimes, no matter what people hear or see, they will never take things to heart and will sweep things under the rug until it becomes the big pink elephant in the room and they can't ignore it any longer.

Why are you trying "desperately" to wake people up? They won't listen because they're sleeping. The harder you try, the harder it will be. Maybe it's because u think they're stupid and it comes across when you speak?

Take it from me, you can only ever plant seeds. Took a few years before my very own brother suddenly got it! People wake up on their own time in due course and sometimes they will choose to stay asleep. We just have to except that and move on, focus on yourself.

Part of the reason why people like those on GLP so desperately cling to conspiracy theories is that it makes them think they know whats "really" going on. It gives you a smug sense of satisfaction that you are special enough to somehow see the "real" truth that others do not. The reality is that conspiracy theories are simply a defense mechanism - most GLPers fail in real life so they need to believe in grand conspiracies to rationalize why their lives are so terrible.

It goes something like this: its not YOUR fault that your life sucks, its all a massive conspiracy against you...

It may be time for you to sit back, and be concerned with only your OWN little corner of the universe.
