My $0.02 (and risking ban every post):

Purchased distilled water from the store (Kroger, Meijer, AlphaBeta, Stater Bros. etc.) varies.

I've just discovered this myself after doing my own CS at home.

Some brands (name brands vs generic brand, etc) have 0ppm and some I've seen have 1ppm.

I've since asked my wife to not buy generic gallons of distilled water, as these tend to measure 1ppm on my TDS meter. My CS works fine with this 1ppm solution (eczema under control, coughs/sneezes under control, etc.) -- However, I really want 0ppm to start my CS solution.

So we decided to buy various gallons, measure them with the TDS meter, then moving the 0ppm to the CS lab and the 1ppm next to our Keurig coffee maker. :)

FTR, I'm a self-producer and have studied a year prior to making my own - Bought a Silv3rPuppy unit - It's cool, but cumbersome as it requires a lot of hand-holding if you "do it right*" -- Just recently purchased a Silv3rLungs unit and this thing is awesome. It's $300 (vs $90 Silv3rpuppy), but includes everything I wish I had with the Silv3rPuppy unit - Magnetic stirring (better than air-bubbling), a 32oz flask (instead of a 6oz jar), auto-shut-off to prevent "silver-clumping".

And also FTR, my solutions are clear and 8-10ppm, even after 8 weeks, stored at room temperature, away from sunlight, in a 30oz clear mason jar.

CS is too expensive to buy constantly with so many uses available. It's best to buy a unit to produce it the easiest, then you can use the CS solution for almost anything.

I've given some to friends and have taken some myself and have had testimonies reported back:
1 - cleared up athlete foot of friend's daughter
2 - my wife reports fewer sinus issues when taking 1 dropper-full sublingual (under tongue) daily.
3 - I spray my 17 yo son's smelly armpits when he forgets deodorant - 3-4 minutes later, the smell is gone.
4 - my random fingertip eczema symptoms never show up when sprayed CS once a day on hands

Currently, I'm running an experiment on mold growing outside my window sill.
