The source added that “the health of President Jalal Talabani has improved significantly,” likely that he “will return to Iraq before the Eid al-Fitr few days.”and shows Iraqis from different segments despair of the plans to hold the National Congress, especially since it has been postponed over and over-Mart because of the “obstinacy” leaders and ” lack of confidence “irreconcilable with each other. and the president had left before more than a month to Germany for treatment.

8-7-2012 Reform Plan: To begin in Iraq next week. Iraq's deputy Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs announced that the administrative reform plan in the Iraqi government's institutions and directorates would begin next week. According to a plan in cooperation with USA organization, the Ministry would start reforms in Iraq’s official organization. Yara said they have special reform plan to improve the organizations. According to the plan, the process of reform will be implemented at all levels, such as a training course on transparency for directors and staff in government branches, and tackling work routines. A Conference to follow up the plan will be held in Baghdad and a committee was formed for that reason.

I've some friends who've been following the Nesara website. I tend to be somewhat skeptical on all of the information that flows out of multiple sources. However, I did have a good feeling about Cobra as he seemed more grounded then most.

I read it, but I'm like you. I'm very skeptical of anything NESARA-related. It sounds great. I just don't think that what they want to happen will ever happen. I think the bad guys who run the world are the same bad guys behind our beloved RV and we're just riding their coattails. I'd love it if Ben Fulford's White Ninjas rode in to save the day. I just don't see it happening.

I'm also skeptical of Ali, but a lot of that, I think, is probably conditioned from the buzzkills at DinarVets. Most of them can't stand him for whatever reason, and tend to think this is just a big marketing ploy. With a major sponsor like GE, though, this conference didn't have to let DinarTrade sponsor their event, and they chose to. That sends a pretty strong message, to me at least, that Ali is a bit more important than he's been given credit for, and Neno seems to confirm that. From Ali's history, as told by Neno, I'm starting to think Ali has been in on this from Day 1. Sort of Shabibi's man in America.

Of course, I could be just be being taken for a ride by Kaperoni, but he's always seemed like a standup guy to me, and I'm suspending disbelief, for once, and I've chosen to trust him in this.

I can't PM as my registration is not upgraded. However, I think you and I are on the same page. Having been hanging out around the pond for a few years sometimes I wonder if ever... but know an RV is inevitable. It's just a matter of when. Gathering a few crumbs off coat-tails still is better then zip.

I recall Ali contradicting himself a number of times and wasn't he the one who said the RV would be 10 cents to one dinar? Or was that Adam?

I can see where he would be a part of this and now have a bank in Iraq but I still don't trust him.

Totally understand.

Adam has said 10 cents forever, although he allows for the possibility of up to $1. Ali has said, as recently as a few months ago, we'll be lucky to get a penny and it'll probably be a few more years. I doubt he could tell us, even if he knew, though. Probably just CYA stuff.

Haha! Yep, looks like Ali jumped the gun. They pulled his sponsorship when so many people started calling the organizers that the conference became more about dinar than the banking sector.

Yup. Ali has a big mouth and should have stayed below the radar. Instead his ego is out there tooting his own horn and more likely to boost his sales of IQD. There was a good scam going on not to long ago that really pissed me off. I think some of these folks post false data to get others to buy IQD now because it's going to revalue tomorrow... but they get a kick-back. That didn't go over to well. As noted in the past, Ali has a tendency to say one thing and do another.

However we did buy IQD from him and also Dinar Banker. I know that these two want folks to cash in with them when it RVs but not moi.

Gotta plan and gonna stick with it.

Personal note:

So from the other data not posted here the RV may occur before Iraq Finance 2012 Conference scheduled to take place Sept 18th & 19th. Damn... it this happens in September that means another trip overseas in less then 30 days.

Notice the date is similar to the one where some claim that PX will be passing by (yet again).

I don't "feel" that this conference will be about possible RV strategies. It is about brainstorming on how to get their banking up to snuff with the rest of the world. IMO anyway.

I also don't see why they would be interested in having an RV before this conference. Can you or anyone see why they would be willing to RV before this meet and greet and brain storm conference?

I guess it depends on what the conference is really about, Calin. I've kinda thought of this meeting as more of a coming out party than a brainstorming event. Dunno, though. Could go lots of ways. If they get the politics sorted out with a national conference in the next couple weeks, I'd say it's just about go time.
