Parliamentary economy plans to enact a law to invest based on the principle of decentralization
March 26, 2015

Committee economy parliamentary revealed that the Iraqi parliament is legislation law that guarantees the principle of decentralization in investment, while pointed out that the new law provides for the provinces a great deal of freedom in the contracts, the Board of Baghdad confirmed that the austerity and the lack of legislation led to the cessation of work in a number of projects and the reluctance of some them.

The Commission said the economy and investment parliamentary Najeebeh by Najib in an interview for the "long" that "the investment law on his way to the second reading, but this law does not meet the ambitious economic committee so we asked to change it," indicating that "the Committee in connection with new legislation focused on three axes important, because the law that we received from the Council of Ministers does not meet the ambitious ".
She said Najib saying that "the new investment law will focus on the principle of decentralization, to provide the greatest degree of freedom to the provinces in the contract with the investment companies away from the red tape that usually stop projects, and the second paragraph will approve financing for investment projects," asserting that the committee would like to "provide the most appropriate way to invest in order to strengthen the Iraqi economy. Says Iraq needs money right now in the worst way...and it will come from the Oil and Gas Law being passed!

STRAIGHT TALKING MIKE says the C.B.I. is chugging along and doing what they need to do. They need to stabilize the dinar.

Says Saleh addressed the people assuring them that they are keeping the dinar strong and doing what they need to do. Saleh says he wants to see money coming in from the oil contracts....and then the dinar will get stronger .

Says it was BIG news when Abadi met with Keywords to discuss the exchange rate of the dinar. Says Saleh and Abadi are saying the same thing....control the exchange rate of the dinar!!!

Says the Finance Committee wants to put pressure on Keywords to do what he needs to do with-in the workings of the C.B.I.

Says the oil and gas law plays a big role in injecting money into the economy for Keywords to then do what he needs to do.

Says Sovergn Bonds are a good thing. Says this will open doors big time. Large hedge funds will come in and will buy and sell these bonds. Says this is a GREAT sign.

Says once we see the banking laws passed, we will see a curbing of the street dealers, people will come in to the banks to exchange their dollars, the C.B.I will have control over the monetery supply in a much greater way than it does now and the C.B.I. will actually know what the supply is out there. They will then have a good idea of when to add value to the dinar. They need these banking laws passed to get the banking system up and running!!!

Says Keywords is either going to play ball or be replaced and that is why Abadi is all over him with that "come to jesus talk" he had with him the other day. Will he be loyal to Abadi or Maliki? Mike says if Abadi ever decided to replace Keywords it would probably be with Saleh. Says he believes Shabibi is working in the background with the World Bank.
