I'm still leaning typo, since your number has 1189 in it, which is a number that's been mentioned lately, but we'll see. As far as the deletion of zeros mentioned above, it really depends on what your definition of "deletion of zeros" is. It means several things, including the dreaded l-word, but it has also been used to reference removing the old 3 zero notes from circulation, deletion of zeros from the exchange rate, and just the redenomination that comes after the RV.
