I think there is a problem in translation. if you inverse the rate of 1168 to dollar you get something in the neighborhood of .00009 which is a bit above what the bank now pays of .00089 I believe. .00089 is the value of the Iraqi dinar in relation to a dollar .00089 x 1168=1.03 usd.
You got it right about deleting the zeros, it is Iraqi speak for removing the large notes, those having 3 zeros, from circulation. I believe we will not see .10 conversion rates,but anything over .30 would work for a short time for Iraq, best I can figure. But I really think we will see a number of about .89 or .90. sk
