I am in the eastern time zone.

11:00 am Eastern is when the meeting starts so probably around 12-1.

This cant be the day, can it? Allllll this time, we might be there today?

UN Security Council will hold an evening session to vote on the decision to remove Iraq from Chapter VII. The draft resolution distributed to council members
The head of the Security Council at its current session the representative of Britain in the UN Mark Grant said council members would vote in the affirmative for the benefit of Iraq out of Chapter VII, noting that the Security Council session on evidence that Iraq showed great cooperation with Kuwait, a move important at the political level.

Never done this before. I've been posting articles about how much things will change for Iraq now, as mentioned by various officials and organizations inside Iraq, including one earlier today about how, with the Ch7 release, the financial situation will improve dramatically and the dinar will improve in value internationally. No idea how long it's gonna take, though.
