Astral Projection Request?

Am rather new to all this, looking to achieve AP, was hoping I could get some help?

Correct me if this is not how this works, but it's my understanding this could be done. Really want to experience AP as soon as possible, something I REALLY wanna achieve using it. I understand if this may be 'cheating' a bit but I'll try anything at this point, and just thought I'd put it out there if anyone's willing to take me up on my offer?...

Is it possible I can request someone familiar with AP help 'pull me out' from the Astral Plane? If a designated time and place were proposed? -I only ask cause I see a lot of requests of this nature on here and figure it's worth a shot?
