we have a dutch oven and this is exactly what we have been looking for.. after not being able to find a bread that suits us, we have been looking to make our own bread... also found this for anyone else interested in making loaf-shaped bread: [ link to breadtopia.com] it's clay but it has the lid and will seem to do the recipe fine. very exciting. thanks, OP.
