I was also born in the 70s and remember 8 tracts and singers like kenny rodgers, alabama, lorry morgan, barbara mandrel and that famouse song of hers i was country when country wasnt cool, i remember those rc colas and putting my peanuts in them cokes. i remember having to take a coke or rc bottle and put it on that bottle opener that was made onto most drink machines.

i remember getting spanked one time in class with a very long wooden board, man that thing hurt my booty lol.. i remember walking to school, playing games like sorry and monopoly at the kitchen table. i remember when it rained too much the bridge flooded out and all we had or could do was stay home and spend family time together.

i remember going to the big old steel bridge and taking a dip into the water on a very sunny hot day, i remember at night catching those lighten bugs and putting them in a jar, i remeber great shows like million dollar man, i love lucy, andy griffent, bj and the bear, simon and simon, hogan heros, threes company, the little rascals, sheriff lobo, the greatest american hero,

i remember all fun and i really miss them 70s and 80s.. too bad we cant get it back
